Make sure you eat your carbs on Reta

I don't care for this guy much. He's very narcissistic and listening to his rants are painful, BUT he is also very knowledgable. I've verified his comments about biochemistry / physiology myself and also had a friend of mine who's a doctor listen to him. He goes into a lot of detail here, but my main message to anyone on Reta, even and especially those of you using it for cutting, is to make sure you FEED it, especially carbs. I've been on reta for months, titrated up to 6 mg per week where i'm at now. The appetite suppression is largely gone, and that's a great thing. I'm at the lowest bodyweight i've been at in over 25 years, in the best condition of my life. But the real magic is this...I've increased my calories by nearly 1000 per day, largely from carbs, with an extra 30 - 50 g protein daily (compared to where I ended my cut), and not only is my weight not going up, it's not even staying put. I'm still dropping BF. My goal was to eat as much as I could and keep weight stable for 6 weeks or so prior to another cutting phase, but at 225 lbs I'm still dropping on 4300 calories daily. No change to output compared to the end of my cut.

Anyway, if you watch the video he talks about how carbs are a key catalyst for how reta works. I've tried small stints (like 3 hours before bed) of dropping carbs out, and all it does is make sleeping more difficult. I now eat carbs all the way up to bed, and sometimes my last meal of the day is very carb heavy, say 6 oz meat with 300-400 g rice. Helps me sleep and i wake up the same or lighter the next day.

Everything else has been the same for many weeks.
150 mast EOD
160 Test EOD
100 NPP EOD
5 iu GH ED
50 anadrol PWO 3-4 days per week

As you can see, trying to eat up on this cycle and still dropping BF is kind of cool. Have tons of fullness and great pumps in the gym. 20 - 30 mins fasted LISS daily and 7 - 11k steps. Train 5-6 days per week, a bit of volume but have lowered the intensity slightly.

TLDR FEED YOUR RETA (with carbs)

So easy to be afraid of the cals/carbs after cutting alot. Personally dropped Tirz and pushing the food in growth phase and feel and look alot better. More energy too.

It's sort of nutty but there is such a thing as not eating enough, even when trying to cut weight. Any calorie deficit over time will lead to metabolic adaptation and in turn, a slower metabolism. There's always a few hacks you can try like clen / T3, tren, etc. but they are only good for brief periods of time. The real holy grail is getting your metabolism revving to the point that it gets very hard to eat enough clean food to gain weight. There's a reason why Contest Preps are often only 12 weeks. Some guys do 20 weeks, but the first 6 to 8 are usually there for massing to get the metabolism revving.

Same Rockyp from SST?

pro does, dont know about other models
The AIs will interpret DUTCH tests as well. Used a so called "expert" on DUTCH tests locally and they ended up telling me nothing, other than, nothing concerning. Thanks for taking my money. AIs explained how to correct the out of range metabolites. Just run the same question across the major models and get them to justify difference in interpretation.

They don't want to lose their credentials. Take a look at anabolic doc on youtube. They went after his license. He ended up winning, but I imagine it cost him a bunch of money and stress.
That's so insane. His channel is all about harm reduction and educating people about the health impacts of what they are doing. He's not out there talking about cycle design, etc. But you are 100% correct that is precisely why any doctor who knows anything about this keeps their mouth shut.
