MESO-Rx Exclusive Unique characteristics of oxandrolone

Oxo 25mg one week in.. holy shit, I love it!
Strength and weights went up already, just noticing some extra leanness as well.
I'm liking possibly better than tren cause I'm getting super full and lean while feeling like I can take on Godzilla or some shit, lol.
I ran it a few years ago when I was at probably 30%+ body fat and looking for a miracle, lol. It was ehh nice, but now at maybe 12% body fat and it's a completely different experience. I can't believe it's only been one week.

Okay so, I want to!! And.. also a little anxious about the dreaded "painful pumps."
I ran a 5k this morning and no calf or back pumps @25mg. I've got a few longer runs coming up, so I'll see how I handle the pumps @ higher mileage first. Any experience on the crippling calf or back pumps I'm always hearing about but gratefully haven't suffered from? Thanks

The only direct effect i noticed from 30 mg per day is one day I drank a bit more coffee than usual in the morning and my pre workout scoop was probably a bit larger at lunch time. My workout felt crazy locked in but all afternoon I had what I can only guess was some sort of blood pressure headache. Never really got one before. I backed off the caffine a bit after that and never tried more than 30 mg.

ive just recently finished 8 week run with 50mg daily. i had painfull forearm pumps for maybe first 2 weeks and then it went away. lower back hurts like mf from pump always after hyperextensions and var made it just bit worse but it is what it is.

i used taurine for while but not sure if it helped. pumps just dissapeared after while i guess. during pull excercises my forearms looked stupid everytime but only handfull of times it was workout ending.

Taurine may help with the possible reduction of cramps/pumps etc.

I'm taking taurine as well as magnesium in anticipation of cramps.
We'll see with running, but the lifting pumps at least are so sweet.
I've had those painful forearm pumps with dbol. Pissed me off cause most exercises other than legs you need a decent grip.

yea it sucks with forearms pumps. i mean, it was basicly workout ending. i couldnt grab and hold machines, dumbells, nothing. 10kg dumbells, nothin. veins wanted to explode.
but it happened only handfull of times. other than that, 24/7 hard pumped veiny look. it was awesome.

ive tried 20-30-40-50mg and it trully shines at those 50mg daily. always ate it preworkout 30-45min

i just started this "customized" electrolytes stack, it doesn't have potassium included because my levels are fine and i have ckd so im trying to stress the kidneys as little as possible, plus if your diet is worthy, you should be good, in regards to vitamins&minerals in your body. i put 3 g of each and take 5g of the sodium chloride tab, we'll assess in a few weeks or whenever i get my next set of labs, which is usually pretty regular image.webp

Cool, but holy shit 3g magnesium glycinate. You take it at night? I take 500mg and I'm ready for a nap, lol

If you zoom to the label 2,2gr gives 300mg magnesium. I have a powder like this from now foods and took 6-8gr before bed. It’s easily one of the worst things I’ve put in my mouth.. like a mix of a dry fart with battery fluids lol.

I am curious what taking 6-8 g of magnesium does for you? Severe diarrhea?

Damn I didn't even notice my Nutricost powder is the same way. Wasn't even thinking about the glycine weight. Figured, "it's magnesium, I don't have to weigh it. I'll just trust the scoop it comes with." Lol
So I actually took the scale out and measured what I normally scoop. Looks like I'm taking about 5.5 -6 g at night.
A bit over my expectation. Lesson learned.
Yeah, the taste is awful. I've got the pill machine that does 100 caps at a time. Time to break it out between this and the tudca raws

i take it in the morning and i take magnesium threonate at night , i forgot to add the taurine in my stack i take taurine twice a day @5 g per day total
You notice a difference with that form of magnesium? I've wondered if it's just bs or worth the price tag.
And I think I'm only taking 2 g of the taurine, maybe I'll bump it up if I start getting those bad pumps. Thanks

The problem with bulk supplements magnesium glycinate and magnesium citrate is they mix in magnesium oxide. Causes digestive upset and diarrhea. It's complete shit that they label it as magnesium glycinate but you can see right there in your picture under amount per serving that it is actually a mix. I had to switch to nutricost mag glycinate powder because they don't mix in the shitty mag oxide. I was getting diarrhea every day with their mag citrate bc of it. If it doesn't cause you issues that's great but it was crippling for me until I switched brands
