Most everything I've seen is discussion related to customs issues, and speculation about the upcoming changes to customs with the ending of de minimis possibly affecting things, not complaints about PCT's service.

Same here: based on experience, it seems that for large or multi-box orders, his approach is to send them through the logistics pipeline one at a time (per customer). E.g. if your order is divided up across 10 boxes, they may go out one box per 3-7 days. It may be two months or so before they all arrive, assuming no other intervening factors.
Plan accordingly.

@ineffectual @trytryagain yes sir sending all packages in one go often end up loosing packages in customs , just saw majority of packages we shipped this month has been cleared by customs , some even cleared yesterday

How does this pertain to orders with multiple packages that wouldn't make the 25th cutoff if they were sent across multiple days? Due to order date.

just discovered Zop and it instantly worked, was able to throw our all the OTC shit i got used to. the metallic taste the day after kinda sucks, but the sleep has been solid, even on the road - which is a shitshow for me.
thanks for the run down on quetiapatine. i have enough Z to last for a while, but Q sounds just as promising. another rabbit hole to dig into until 24x7 is back at it.

I have not tried them, but would like to. Not sure if available via Indian pharmacy, I think they are all relatively new drugs and name brand only - and expensive. Not sure if insurance would cover them, as there are much cheaper if not better options for sleep. These would be perfect for my wife as her mind is always racing.
Like quetiapine, they should not exacerbate sleep apnea, which I find z-drugs/benzos absolutely do.
Edit - first patent on this group (for suvorexant) expires in 2029, so years away from generic options in US. @PCT24X7 PHARMACY if you can in fact obtain these via Indian pharma please let us know - suvorexant, lemborexant, daridorexant are the three I know of
