Bioavailable T is free T plus HSA (human serum albumin) bound.

Total T is the above plus SHBG bound T.

If you had your free T measurement using equilibrium dialysis it would be easier to discuss.
Interesting enough I asked my doc about this as he pushed for the bio versus free. He responded to me with your free t is 7.5 nmol/l 216ng/dl.

Understood, I'll read what you have directed me to. What my ask is , I went back and looked I was off my a hair. 180.9 Bioavailable Test out of 197 Total T. That's seems amazingly high for it not to be influenced by something? My previous tests are no were close to 91% available when Mast was not in the mix. Again not trying to argue im trying to understand and maybe I just need to go read.
That albumin number and ref range dont compute for me.

Here is how your bioavailable T is calculated. Check the math...

Essentially your TT is through the roof and your SHBG on the lower side.

So thoughts on my results and masteron's impact on SHBG and free Test? Especially if I am not accurate in my thinking/speaking. My doc's comment right away was your are clearly on a DHT as well. Recognizing he isn't necessarily an expert but is a private doc that handles enhanced clients.

Appreciate the discussion

600 test 600.mast.
Yep. You are where I would expect you with SHBG on the lower side. Your TT measurement most likely is LCMS. Very cool.
