Placed an order at the beginning of last month. 31 days later, no package, no movement from tracking. So I reached out with the info and details. Customer service was prompt (same day, within an hour or two) saying “we’re going to consider this lost or seized. We’re sending out your 1 free re-ship.”
19 days later, I got my package. Ive placed a handful of orders through PQR. And they’ve come through for me every time. Customer service has always been excellent. Product quality has always been excellent.
They get shit from unhappy customers here and there, but personally they’re one of my favorite sources.
