Dht and hair loss?

So I hear a lot of people saying dht is useless after puberty and stuff but I don't get how? I'm currently on trt and tried fin in the past with not much success. Was thinking of giving dut a try but the nuking of the dht worries me a bit.

I've used dht derivatives in the past such as masteron and it def gives you that alpha feeling, harder muscles and body comp, as well as other things.

So just confused how guys on here say dht is useless but when adding more dht in me I feel better?

TBF I've seen a lot hairloss youtubers (haircafe for example) referring to it as a "trash hormone", useless after puberty. I can see why they'd say it, or at least why they'd hope it's true as most of them are taking fin/dut to block the conversion of test to DHT (as am I). No idea if there's any truth in it though.

I don't use it because hair genetics stronk (although for prostate I might need it eventually) but I've never heard anyone say it's useless after puberty (besides looksmaxxers)

5mg min, 0.5mg dut daily. No sides. (Not much improvement as yet either though, been around 4 months).
