Can you filter most rubber particles out if some are in your hgh?

Consider you simply don't know how "clean" any given vial is. Do you think your eyes can detect anything harmful? Putting the cumulative total of whatever shit is in there, rubber, glass, protein aggregates, bacteria, and whatever else, bypassing all natural protection, straight into your body. The complete contents of whatever contamination is in each vial, day after day, for months or years.

Im new when it comes to this UGL topic. Do UGLs differ much when it comes to these health hazards?

There's no way to know. These aren't pharma companies under the iron fist of government regulators and the threat of being held accountable if something goes wrong as a result of using their product. They're anonymous criminal organizations trying to make as much money as quickly as possible before getting busted.
"Should we spend 10¢ per vial on safety measures no one will ever know whether we've performed, or keep the money for ourselves?".
Do you think they care what happens to you, especially knowing they can never be held responsible?
If you're going to use any UGL drug, you must accept some degree of risk. The consequences of which may not be apparent for a long time. If you want to reduce that risk, control the factors you can control.

No of course not. But one could assume that a higher hgh price per IU indicates some sort of better quality.

Don't make that assumption. Spending more is no assurance of greater safety. The "market" has no way to accurately measure factors that would distinguish the safety of one UGL product vs another, other than what might be visible to the naked eye or cause an immediate reaction.
At the end of the day, all UGL peptides and rHGH are coming from similar origins in China, with packaging being the main difference between them.
The only exception to this is buying actual pharma products, like Serostim, through underground sources. Those command a very high premium in exchange for an assurance of medical grade safety.
Of course the origin always leads back to China. But test results of different hgh vendors still show that there are some noticeable fluctuations regarding purity. This could be due to things like excipient formulas and shows that not only packaging is the main difference.
For example vendor A sells 1 IU hgh for 1$ and it shows 98,5% purity. Vendor B sells 1 IU for 30 cents and it shows 96 % purity. Even then there is no certain quality difference?
But why doesnt it indicate a different formula? Because of janoshiks margin of error? Even when multiple vials are tested?

There's margin of error, different factories use different excipients , formulas, handling process, etc. Even you can't expect Pharma to have exactly the same products. There's alot more to purity, but too costly to test, and given you don't know which batch, factory you're getting it from, you can't possible test everything.
Doesnt purity indicate how many proteins are hgh monomers?
But how do you know that these "pharma products" from UGLs are real? How do you know that it isnt just Ugl hgh marketed as serostim?
I know that it doesnt necesserily apply to hgh hence "one could assume". But I know some people that always think this way
