I think the situation is something like this: First, he got busted but he knew it was coming, so he shipped part of his product to local warehouses as an insurance policy for when he'd want to restart. He lost control of his product and crypto due the situation with the government. He probably bribed them or they demanded all his crypto and in return he would get his freedom. Now he has no money, debt with customers and manufacturers and probably low on cash so this is the only thing he can do to have a shot at returning to the scène. Who knows if any of it is true though.

The F’d up thing is, he owes me (and I’m sure many others on here) Test C raws that I ordered from USA domestic in December 2024 that he never sent before he shut down. When his TG went active again I sent him the payment screenshot and message history from his WhatsApp in the hopes he would peel me off some Test C that he owes me. Nope. This is the message I got back from him:

“You just need to give us some time to get on our feet first, then the orders will help us to fulfill them once we can reactivate the emails, the emails has been desactivated by our IT service so that police cannot have access, as they had warrant to open our computers, but they can't access the content of emails unless the IT service activate them, so give me some weeks for that once the case is closed”

So instead of sending me Test C raws, he’s out there selling it to other people. IMO he should not be allowed back on this board until he either pays us all back or he ships the product he was paid for.

Keeping QSC off the forum changes nothing. They are selling out of everything without access to anything except TG and Discord. At a minimum having “Tracy” on Meso gives members a method of communicating their frustrations to him.

Just my 2 cents.

And to give you updates as well, roughly speaking, legal issues, since January, which means confiscation of equipment/stocks, electronics, etc. But we're working to resolve this unofficially, and it's taking time, as there's a whole chain of... there you go. The finished steroids were the main reason this time; they don't care about the peptides... and in the meantime, we can't touch anything until it's closed, hopefully by summer. Everyone we owe something to will be compensated as soon as we become operational again. For now, we're waiting patiently.

we'll get what other vendors has; but better quality; and hopefully the low prices that qsc always had over his competitors.

and probably some cool testing, i cant remember the last time we have seen a endotoxin testing on any meso source since 2024.

scammer or no scammer. there is still scammers in here. their threads just dont get any attention. meso dosent discriminate any source is allowed on here and its their own responbility to prove their worth:

only reason i could imagine why milliard closed his account-access was if it was the feds and they could obtain info on qsc

I ordered yesterday and just got my confirmation a little bit ago. I don't figure I'll see tracking till after the weekend. My expectations are very low though.

I’m waiting for mine. I will update once I see it.

On a side note, sales are slowing down for them with inventory dwindling. In the next couple weeks we’ll know for sure whether QSC is making a huge comeback or not. Maybe this was the final exit scam, maybe our community just helped Tracy bounce back.

Have you posted anywhere but this thread in a while ? Havnt seen much of ya but the slight notion of QSC and man its like it triggers you.

It’s been less than a year since they’ve been gone. You’re telling me you don’t have any kits of QSC oils sitting around? Do you know how long this shit actually lasts for lol
