Reta Advice

I injected 2mg reta last week on friday and i've been feeling terrible since, monday night and tuesday night at 2 am exactly I've suddenly started waking up from my sleep uncontrollably vomiting everywhere. Of course aside from that having many other sides such as sulfur burps, regular nausea, diarrhea, absolutely zero appetite (getting 1000 calories or less daily), no energy, etc.

At this point i've already decided that I won't be injecting again this coming friday to let my stomach rest and recover, but could I get some advice on how to get back into it? I was thinking I'd wait a week until next friday and then inject 1mg.

Reta has been awful for me so far but based on how terrible these sides have been I can see its very potent I don't want to just stop it alltogether. Let me know what I should do to allow myself to recover and how to reintroduce it.

There seems to be an increase in reports of users experiencing extreme hunger suppression on low doses of Reta. I wonder if something changed with the raws used to manufacture UG Reta. A lot of us have used 8-15mg Reta for months without seeing the level of suppression that is now being reported.
There was a seller that got caught labeling sema as reta a few months ago. 2mg of sema is a hefty starting dose.

+1 on what ATeam said. 2mg is the starting clinical dose but there is nothing wrong with titrating up, starting below that minimum clinical dose point. I personally started with 0.5mg E3days, and that helped my body get to the 25-day mark. Just now at 2mg E3days (4mg weekly dose).

The GLPs are all an "embrace the suck" experience. None of them are fun, all of them have unique side effects and reactions with your body.

I can't say I've ever heard of people having an "overall pleasant" experience with a GLP while in a caloric deficit. Even reta, the new almighty GLP3, still sucks in a deficit. Just about the only "pleasant" experience with a GLP on here has been the people on reta in maintenance/bulk calorie levels.

All gets better with time, you will learn what foods are triggers for your body / cause most severe reaction, what times are best for injection (I do nightly to sleep through the first 8ish hours of dose), and what supplements can ease the burden.

TL;DR -- there is no such thing as fun on a GLP, but it does suck less over time
This is to an extent what I wanted to hear.

But I've been basically non-functional since Tuesday. I'm better today. Debating whether or not I should continue since it's summer. The thing is my business is very slow every August, so if there was a time to adjust that is it.

Fuck

i have a very pleasent experience, cutting with glp is easy mode

There are always outliers and exceptions to the rule, and I am genuinely happy that you do not experience the plethora of unpleasant sides that GLPs can bring. However, I would say most people experience at least one or a mix of the sides, to varying degrees
you're completely right, and i have experienced them at some point. until i've found my comfortable dosage.

yep, it's all about listening to our bodies, even if that means veering off our planned titration schedule / what have you. cuz if we don't listen to our body, it's gonna wreak havoc on us (glp bathroom trips lol)

*I just made that comment to give a warning to others that may be thinking of starting GLP/reta specifically. Wouldn't want anyone to think it will be easy mode from day 1

I’ve tried my best to follow this thread but I’m lost on the dosage part…

Recommendations
I’ve ordered Reta 12mg from devon

How many iu from an insulin needle should I start with?

Get the Peptide Calc app.

Enter the mg’s in the vial (12)
Enter the amount of BAC (1-2mL)
Enter the dosage you want to inject. Peptidecalc uses mcg so 1,000mcg is 1mg.

The app will tell you how many UIs you need to pull from the vial.

This is 2mL BAC and a 2mg dose.

You’re a good man !!! Member ordered the goods but has no idea how to use, recon or dose …. Ughhhhhhh sighhhhh

That’s why you’ll never see me give advice on insulin, HGH, etc …. Reading a study or other ppls thoughts or opinions isn’t close to hands on experience.

Everything I’ve put in my body I did a lot of research on and knew how to prepare it and inject it

lol I’m no legend at all. I was taught by the old school guys here years ago but I didn’t come on here with zero knowledge asking to be spoonfed. I lurked for a few months before I joined and realized what to do and what not to do. I got roasted absolutely but man nothing like what some of these newbies are doing !! Ohhh Tic Tok does it I’m gonna try

i wish i found this forum earlier, i was just doing my own stuff and everyone i knew who were on didnt have much too move around with up in their head.

i was lucky i met one of my friends coaches, he is like some underground coach being the source for his clients and him and i agree on alot of stuff, he eventually ended up helping me out everytime i met him at the barber because we both went to the same barber(which was his client). got me onto electrolytes, bloodwork etc
