Test/Mast/NPP next cycle

Hi everyone,

New member here, but looking for some thoughts on adding NPP into my next bulk cycle. I have all the compounds on hand, but the date of the cycle is TBD. For those who may have seen my intro post, I’m working on making some big lifestyle changes due to a number of challenging events occurring sporadically. Once I feel good mentally and physically I will hop back into things, but only then. I figure, why not start doing some planning for the future.

A little background. Been training pretty consistently for 15 yrs, 2 enhanced, and I’ve ran 3 cycles to this point. Test @ 500 for 16wks, Test/Primo @ 500/250 for 12 weeks (planned for longer, but got pneumonia and cut it), and Test/Mast 450/300 titrated roughly every 4 weeks until I hit 720/480 (Test was bumped 90mg and Mast 60mg each time). Last cycle was the best — I felt fucking amazing on Masteron. Minor hair shedding, but nothing major. Actually have never needed an AI on any cycle I’ve ran.

Currently just cruising on 200mg test right now to gain some size back after a short period off. Got diet and training in check and it’s wild to see how real muscle memory is.

For my fourth cycle I was looking to take a similar approach to my last, but add in NPP. Since I titrated Test/Mast last cycle I’m considering just keeping everything around 600mg/400mg and adding in NPP @ 150mg and going up to 250-300mg. I wanted to keep Mast in for this blast after reading that for many it helps negate unwanted mental sides from NPP. I’ve done quite a bit of research into NPP/Deca, but anecdotal reports are all over the place — some swearing it’s the best compound ever, and other say it’s the worst anxiety they have experienced.

Is there anything really specific I should watch for in bloodwork?

What about my plan with dosing? I’ve read some solid reports on the synergy between a 3:2:1 ratio of Test, DHT, 19nor compounds.

Again, I know people have widely differing experiences, just looking to get some thoughts from those who have a lot of experience with NPP/Deca. I’m likely just second guessing my plan here as I’ve seen dosing protocols all over the place (low test/high deca, etc).
 
I did 300-400 test npp and mast.

I feel like I started getting emotional anxiety at 400 npp. Dropped it down to 300.

I also felt very strong sexual thoughts on npp.


I haven't done it in a while but it was a good cycle. Very minimal sides and a lot of good size

Thank you @Spaceman Spiff — eating like a horse on my last cycle had me decently lean in the 240’s. Hoping this push can bring me into the mid 250’s. Still plenty of room to put size on this gangly ass 6’2” frame of mine lol

Thanks @Ateam2023 — I actually saw a number of your posts on the topic when I did a search.

Oh yeah, forgot to add in my initial post that I used HGH for a good number of months, but have been off. Sitting on some Opti Golds so I will likely titrate up to 4-5 iu ED for the cycle and the time thereafter.

I like multiple drugs you can tolerate at a low dose.

You see this in medicine of drugs of different classes to achieve a goal and mitigating side effects

Run low doses for as long as you can, but if your training, food, recovery, and lifestyle are maxed out, don't be shy about pumping up the Mast. It's relatively benign in terms sides.

Thank you for the response, man. That’s what I mean, it looks like everyone has such overwhelmingly different experiences with Nandrolone in general. I’m hoping I can titrate up a bit on it. Placebo is a strong drug so keeping that in mind, I’m hoping I’m looking less far and wide for mental sides that may not even be there. But from what I have heard, when you know, you know.

For the Mast, it really shined when I ramped just shy of 500 — it brought a look to my physique I hadn’t seen before. I gained some good size on that run, but worth noting it was also the highest I ran Test before, and the first time I went over a gram total, which was only for the last 6-7ish weeks.

Wise words, man. I’m growing fine right now with these doses and the right principles applied in all the other important place so I’ll stick here and revisit later.
 
57...Test P/Primo then added NPP & Mast. Long story short NPP or Mast Tanked my E2 & I was sick as a dog.

I was doing test and Primo for months so it wasn't that.... slowly adding some back in but I'm gunshy now!

I don't blame the compounds but I will blame me - I probably dosed too much too soon. Kinda lazy like that. Don't be me!

540mg Test E
360mg Mast E
175mg NPP
3iu HGH

As mentioned previously I’ve ran Test and Mast higher so dosing will climb a little bit, but stay somewhere around 1.3g of total gear. Likely something like 630mg test, 420mg-480mg mast, 250mg-300mg NPP. Oh yeah, bringing that HGH dosing slowly up into the 4iu-5iu range.
 
I’m running this combo now - Test E, Mast E, NPP all pinned EOD.

I find that waiting on the NPP and bringing it in around week 4 allows the Mast to saturate and bring my mood up enough to counteract the nandrolone (personal thing).

Underrated part about this kind of cycle IMO is you can run your E2 kinda high without feeling the sides, and in turn get the most out of your GH.

that is an Awesome stack, you will ABSOLUTELY see good gains , nice full round muscles,,
 
I personally love the 19-nor's but the epiphany I had was that LESS IS MORE with these compounds - I'm 230+ lbs and I microdose my tren, usually 60 - 70 mg PER WEEK, and never more than 150 mg weekly NPP (or 200 deca). I've always gotten results with these dosages (both bulking and cutting, the only thing that changes is the diet) and staying on the low end prevents the often cited side effects. I think you will enjoy the combo of mast, test, NPP. Just dont get too excited with the dosages. Lots of people don't react well to nandrolone, so always best to start low.

Not trying to be a buzz kill but did you get bloodwork prior to starting / are you planning to get labs while on cycle? With that Test and Mast dosage I'd be a bit concerned about HDL levels. Some guys just accept the fact that they will tank on cycle but being the old fart that I am I am very aggressive with lipid management these days. I use a statin and a very clean diet to keep LDL less than 60, sometimes even lower.

If your LDL is in check then your HDL matters less (at least for short term blasts - I wouldn't recommend running low HDL year round). Everyone should be concerned with LDL first and foremost.

I like to do the same. Current blast is 70 mg Tren per week.. 210 NPP p/wk. 210 Primo 875 Test
Works out well with daily injections. Fits in a 1 mL pin. ED

Not yet, just started it. Will do labs about 6-8 weeks in

Do you have the primo in there just for E2 control? I only ask since the tren is so potent.
