Strongest sleep introducing options

Hello,
which (preferably avaiable) drugs are sleep introducing and not just sleeping pills? I've used some time ago baclofen but I would prefer stuff where I really fall asleep. Any options?

I know it's not what you asked for, but I'm going. to mention Zaleplon. Unlike Zopiclone and Eszopiclone, I find there's no hangover or other unwanted effect the next day at all. May be what you're looking for if you've had bad experiences with other sleep meds.

Propofol.
Damn. I just learned something new.

That’s like using a battering ram to nail a plank
It was good enough for Michael Jackson.

Read the title of the thread.

Yet I wasn't rewarded with a like or love reaction.

Fortunately the member rankings are gone so I forgive you.

A few grams of GABA, L-theanine, magnesium glycinate, melatonin and glycine seem to work for me. CPAP was a game changer too. Beta blocker when I'm on tren.

It's a bit individualistic but some get great sleep on HGH usually 5+ iu before bed. Some people can take that and more in the AM and be fine. Personally I do get tired from a bigger dosage and take it before bed. The hypnotic meds are tricky because they become habit forming, some people say they can't sleep without them over time. Seroquel is another one. Used off label for sleep in psychiatric patients (has some indication for pretty much any psychiatric illness), but as the dosages go up you might get some weight gain. I tried a 25 mg Seroquel on a flight across the pond. Was like a sledge hammer, woke up 8 hours later. Again tho, the issue becomes what is the quality of your sleep. Sleep medicine is a very nuanced field and if you think it's hard to find a competent GP good luck finding a helpful sleep medicine doc. They do exist, usually in hospital / university settings. I am a big proponent of sleep studies. There's a whole litany of things that can be going wrong during sleep (not the least of which is OSA) that can make your life miserable, and much shorter over time.

The orexin antagonists work the best for me. Take 1 pill and an hour later I can't keep my eyes open. I take Dayvigo. There's also Quviviq or Belsomra

That's the shit that's blamed for Michael Jackson's death
