Blood pressure and RHR challenge

First off I’d calm down. You’re clearly stressed like mad about this and that’s only going to make your RHR and BP worse. No one’s heart and kidneys were destroyed by bad health markers for a few days, weeks, or even months. That comes from years of abuse.

Secondly, you say you crashed your estrogen. Low estrogen can have some wonky effects on hydration/electrolyte balance, so I’d look there.
Crashed my estrogen once and literally thought the world was ending, I have never felt like that in my entire life including in some genuinely life threatening times. Also did something to my blood pressure I had never seen before.

All over a bad time. Crashed estrogen -> Nasty stuff.

I’ve been through low estrogen before andI’m usually fine. Worst thing being insomnia which I can take a sleep aid for. I’m no stranger to low estrogen. It’s not that I promise.

Took my bp again evening and ranged from 119-115/81-75. RHR still between 78-84.

My rhr is down sure but I’m still on a lot of BP med for 500 Test which ive never had to do like this before. I can barely keep diastolic below 80. It’s not right.

Reduce your Test dose. Go see a doctor. No one here can diagnose you.
I’m not here for a diagnoses. I know there are a lot of knowledgable people around so I wanted to hear thoughts from people . If things don’t go back to baseline when everything is out of my system, I will be visiting the doctor.

Update

since dropping everything my resting heart rate is down.
Blood pressure is still elevated and new labs show elevated
RBC 6.04
Hematocrit 57.3
Hemoglobin 19
But low ferritin of 28

waiting on iron and TIBC.
Not sure how to bring down those values if I can’t donate because of low ferritin?

Agreed with @readalot, your back is a bit against the wall with those numbers + iron levels. Gotta get the RBCs out and get the iron back in, likely just going to be a bit shitty for a bit.

While doing that, figure out why it's high before hopping on more gear. Untreated sleep apnea, even a small amount of alcohol can cause large increases due to lower oxygenation at night, not enough cardio, etc.

I never shut up about bempedoic acid but that is also a decent longer term option to help push down hematocrit as well, but that will not help you in the near term.

Absolutely. Consult with hematologist if hasn't dropped 2 months after coming off the gear.

since dropping everything

What did you drop to?
Do a phlebotomy and then give me iron afterwords?

Very early (2 weeks) so Hct wouldn't have budged yet. Yes, venisection or double red donation will drop RBCs and lower whole blood viscosity. Dropping your Test may also correct the ferritin issue. You are in flux.

A hematologist could help you understand why you may not want to run supra Test. Do you have hereditary hemochromatosis. Agreed with @Sicsemptyran.

You need to get those RBCs down.

Only thing I was in was test. I know blood donation would help but I’m low ferritin so I don’t think I can donate anytime soon?

I’ve never had this issue before and I’ve been in the game for years. Go on, come off, wait, repeat. It’s very abnormal.

A doc can drain you with Dr. order. You should get to bottom of this. Age?

I know I guess I’m just trying to understand if you are inferencing that I’ll get iron after.

29.
I’ve always kept up to date on labs, ancil meds, etc. always been in good health until now.

baseline iron/ferritin off Test cycle or TRT?

Question of whether blast is causing your iron issue.

Hematologist could work you up for HH. But as you have said this is new issue for you (erythrocytosis presumably secondary to supra Test use)?

The one thing I don’t have is a baseline for iron. I looked into this for about 1-2 years before diving in and that’s the one thing I never saw come up was iron issues. I have ran test higher than I did this time around and never had this issue. I dieted pretty rigorously for 15ish weeks on about 1500 calls from 3500 ish. I don’t know if that lowered my iron stores as well.

I found some old lab work.
Iron ranged around 140.
Ferritin was 154.
