Single or Multiple injections per week (Reta)

So I know this question has been asked, but I was just wondering if anyone had experienced doing multiple injections per week and had switched to a single injection or vise versa and what your experience with that was?

I just started with a .5mg injection last Monday to see how my body reacted to it and planned on going up to 1mg this week and was just curious on people’s experiences doing 1 dose vs multiple smaller doses in a week.

Thanks for any input!

I only have used Tirz, but what I notice is that 5-6 days after a 5 mg shot my appetite starts to come back with a vengeance. Thus dosing every 5 days is what I need for weight loss.

My main problem is that I am no longer hungry whatsoever for nearly 2 hours after I train, a time when I should be getting my calories in.

How are you handling 5mg? I'm on 3mg per week and it's still punishing me on day 5.

I went all the way up to 1.5mg split dose on semaglutide (3mg per week). I find it super powerful and longer lasting.

Handling it well....started at 2.5 but didn't lose any weight on that. Bopped up to 5 mg a few weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. As mentioned, my main problem is eating after I train. I am probably going to 5 mg e5d.

Keep in mind I am much older and never had any problem staying lean (long time competitive bodybuilder) until a couple of years ago. Since I hit 60 my test is only about 180 mgs/week. I might add 100 mgs of deca or 140 of primo to that, but those are my limits.

I run -3-4 iu's (closer to 3) of GH 4 days a week. I was actually 11% body fat when I hit 61 but since then was gradually getting fatter. I want to lose 10 more lbs and get down to 10% b fat again.

How has everyone’s blood sugar been? With and without gh…? I guess this would allow u to go up or even use gh moreso and not worry as much about blood sugar?
I was averaging around 85 fbg prior to starting gh for my first time. Im cutting, sitting around 150-200 carbs per day. I’m currently on Reta as well, 6mg per week. And 3ius of gh before bed. My fbg climbed to averaging around 93 pretty quickly after starting the gh, but some mornings it’s still down to around 80. But 93 is my current average.

I do once a week, I take my shot on Monday morning. I do a refeed on Saturdays. It wears off just enough for me to be able to slam that extra 650 calories that day.

Wow, it affects you that much? I was doing 1,8mg every other day and on Saturdays I had 2 burgers with fries, couple cheeseballs and couple onion rings.. estimated around 3000kcal and while in deficit with my stomach shrunken. I noticed the appetite reduction mostly early hours in the mornings while later in the day I could eat like normal but this hasn’t to do anything with dosing and frequency.

Oh wow. Yea man and I just increased the dose to 2.5mg per week. I dropped 22lbs since memorial day (when I started reta). I can always polish off my breakfast and lunch, but second day after my shot and I struggle with a light dinner. Crazy how the variety of results people are getting.

Yeah, definitely! I guess with a hefty dose of sema you'd be able eat after a week haha!

All in all for me personally i think reta in a low dose (just to avoid the sides, i don't have appetite suppresion) of like 2mg per week would be ok for off season to help with BG control and insulin sensitivity. In my next cut i doubt i ll use reta again, probably i'll try Tirz and stick with it if it doesn't give me sides like reta.

Until 4mg not that much, basically increased rhr and worse sleep. First couple weeks with 6mg were ok and finally started noticing some appetite reduction.

But as soon as it peaked for good my sleep went to total trash I was waking up 6-7 times in 6 hours and after some days GI issues started happening. I couldn’t digest food despite it was from clean sources or a free meal.

I was already on nexium a ppi for gerd (for more than a decade) and despite I increased the dose I still had problems. I ended up waking in the middle of night from puke in my mouth, almost chocking up.

This was the end of that dose for me obviously. There was no point pushing through that symptoms. As soon as I cut the dose back to 2mg throughout a week I went back to normal.

I do something similar. I shoot my dose on Friday mornings… My leg day is Thursday morning. Usually it is worn off pretty good so I can enjoy a solid high carb day on Thursday and then get back to the appetite suppression when I inject again the following day.

Not sure but try not eating a couple hours before bed and no spicy food that late.

Yea thats not worth it. Did you try any digestive enzymes at all to help with the digestion?
