Lucky bastard. Though I think my skin was better on a test+EQ blast than it is on a high cruise dose of just test. Not really. I’ve been lucky and not experienced any skins issues on the compounds I use.

If my wife finds a bottle of doxycycline she's gonna think I've been dipping my pen in the company ink and caught an STI.When I get breakouts I run doxycycline 100mg
Haha yeah that’s a concern but it’ll be India branded doxy from this source. Alternatively you could go with minocycline it’s more expensive but similar effect and might cause less headache with the wife haha. Also yeah I do get slightly chapped lips and dry mouth at times. if I drink a ton of water that mostly goes away. Also I do get some skin redness if I’m in the sun but I run MT2 twice a month and that seems to help keep it from turning into an actual burn.If my wife finds a bottle of doxycycline she's gonna think I've been dipping my pen in the company ink and caught an STI.
Do you get any sides with that low accutane dose? Turning into a lobster in the sun, chapped lips, etc.?
Thanks - that’s great info. I’ll keep that protocol in my back pocket if I can’t beat this backne.Haha yeah that’s a concern but it’ll be India branded doxy from this source. Thank you for this I hadn’t heard of it before and have been prescribed both in the past doing some reading on it now and seems they should be taken independently not together or within close proximity to one another. Will definitely adjust my protocols accordingly in the future. You should absolutely not take doxycycline with Accutane. There should be at least a 7-day washout period between stopping doxycycline to starting isotretinoin. Just read up on pseudotumor cerebri — potential permanent vision loss, elevated stroke risk, etc.
If you think you need an antibiotic to take with Accutane, talk to a doctor. Almost all of the non-tetracyclines will be fine. Doxycycline is the worst choice.
Thanks for the heads up! I like to avoid oral antibiotics as much as I can. There’s a clindamycin + accurate topical gel that sounds good.If you think you need an antibiotic to take with Accutane, talk to a doctor. Almost all of the non-tetracyclines will be fine. Doxycycline is the worst choice.
The FDA seems to value availability over consistency of quality. It allowed the entire GLP1-hawking industry to exist because Novo and Lilly couldn’t keep up with demand, and these GLP1 sellers were getting their product from some deeply shady compounding pharmacies.Sun Pharma
One FDA inspector saw a worker put on a sterile gown and then brush up against a waste bin and use their hands to push down the overflowing trash. Investigators also saw liquid dripping through ceiling cracks and the growth of what appeared to be fungus and mold in a storage area for samples used for testing.
Inspectors found that procedures designed to prevent microbiological contamination of sterile drugs were not established or followed and that equipment wasn’t maintained to prevent malfunctions that would “alter the safety, identity, strength, quality or purity of the drug product,” according to the report.

@PCT24X7 PHARMACY What are the pharma companies you trust the most to produce a quality product? Which ones do you prefer for medicine for your annd your family’s own personal use?
Great list. Thank you.The requirement goes two ways generic and ethical brands
Ethical - Sun pharma , Lupin , Zydus , Cadila healthcare , Dr.Reddy , Aurobindo pharma , Pfizer , Abbott , Piramal Enterprises ( Expensive products )
Generic - Leeford , Cipla , Zeelab , Mankind , Torrent pharma , Healing pharma ( Cost effective products )
But for critical illness i would choose Cadila Healthcare or Abbott over all brands

We conducted testing in India, and the results from the India testing certificate indicated the correct dosage. Upon receiving this information, we forwarded the samples to Janoshik for further testing. However, his results showed approximately 5 mcg.Did you guys just have janishik test 3 pills or did you do more testing that you could share?
This is a tough one..
Sun Pharma for instance, articles i just linked, shows they have quite abit of issues. They also have Sotret NF which is a very expensive accutane which Pct.Zone tested as 20% underdosed. Intas is also mentioned in that article, whereby the factory got suspended.

FDA Inspectors Again Find Dangerous Breakdowns at an Indian Factory Supplying Medications to U.S. Consumers
The latest inspection comes 2 1/2 years after the agency allowed Sun Pharma to keep shipping some drugs to Americans even after banning the factory from the U.S. market because of quality problems.www.propublica.org
The factory failed to investigate the source of bacteria found in test vials or deal with damaged equipment that had caused drugs to be contaminated with metal particles, according to the June inspection report, which ProPublica obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request.
Workers improperly handled vials and stoppers meant for sterile medications and, in some cases, failed to disinfect manufacturing areas and equipment...
You also have Dr Reddy whose clenbuterol seems to test well, however they have had reports of bunk LioThree T3 25mcg, which Pct.Zone ended up sending for testing. The 25mcg came back at 5mcg..

We are uncertain about this discrepancy, but given the presence of other brands in the market, it may not be beneficial to dispute either claim at this time.
If you would like to test the product yourself with another lab, you are welcome...
Recently there are also reports of healing pharma accufine, which is used very often here, as having been severally underdosed based off testing results.
These medications/API aren't expensive either..so I'm not sure whats going on with their factories
Abbott would be best, big pharma, but i also think they have very few products on the pricelist, and the stuff we want -- they don't sell.
Many medications are heat sensitive.
Isotretinoin is one of the most prone to heat degradation. The packaging makes that clear.
There are multiple tests over several years showing proper dosing. Every other Healing Pharma test I've seen shows proper dosing.
Isotretinoin is a dirt cheap active ingredient. Unlike a plain white tablet, manufacturing oil filled gelcaps is not easy. It demonstrates a high level of manufacturing technical competence. It's far, far more likely that Accufine and Isotret sitting in an India Post office in the middle of summer 120f temps or a cargo container hitting temps of 150f for a week is the cause of the "underdose" than anything else.
When you hear galloping, think "horse", not "unicorn".
Push Health is a place I’ve found that seems amenable to reason in making prescriptions. You can pick just about any pharmacy including GoodRx and Cost Plus. About $65 per “visit” with my virtual provider.Ive since switched mostly to US Pharma..but my products still end up coming from India. Hard part was getting it prescribed, but once prescribed, my cost actually dropped significantly.
Another subtlety in this "game" that was not obvious to me from the outset: plan your stocking up around the cooler seasons. You can't do anything about poor transport and warehousing pre-order, but maybe you can prevent the products being broiled en route to you.Isotretinoin is a dirt cheap active ingredient.
