@PCT24X7 PHARMACY

Is there a way to see if a specific medication is for export only vs sold in India market? India government website?
Not on website but it’s mentioned on medicines label like we stopped selling Himalaya products as they can be sold in India and Nepal only now , they mention “ For Sale in India only “ or “ Not for export “ on label .

So there's For Sale In India Only, For Export Only, and Local + Export sale categories? How hoes quality and stringentness of standards vary between these categories?

For sale in India + export - very good standards are followed set by government .

For sale in USA - Highest quality standard followed by frequent visits from US FDA people

For export only to open market - No pressure / Enforcement to follow guidelines but never heard and saw that the consumer got infection from using products .

How do the bottom 2 differ?
For export only -- can't these be exported to US?
For sale in USA -- I assume these aren't sold in India?

None of my medications list any of these 3, not on the boxes or foil strips lol.

(I'm just trying to figure out which has the strictest criteria, how to check for it and to make sure I only order those in future)

Any Indian pharma company that’s selling products in USA pharmacies as well in India are best ones with highest quality control as they don’t make meds for export in different plant and domestic Indian sale product in different one both gets manufactured in same facility which is GMP , USFDA , WHO approved .

I also listed T3 25mcg coming back as 5mcg.
Tablet with really cheap API..

The T3 I obtained from our friendly seller here was the same mfg/batch number as the “labeled 25mcg but tested at 5mcg” that the other “PCT” source’s buyer had tested (based on the verified Jano report’s photos of the packaging).

I’ve been meaning to contact PCT 24x7 to follow up.

All other products/services I am happy with so far.

TTA

I suspect “for export only” is a far cry from “FDA approved for sale to US patients”. I’m not sure under what conditions they could be sold here.

@PCT24X7 PHARMACY is there any way to purchase specifically meds which are approved for sale as generics or whatever in the US? Ie the same pack could be shipped through you to us, or from the manufacturer to a US pharmacy.

Yes
For export only is not subjected to India's or US regulations.
For all you know it could be 50% underdosed.

Another subtlety in this "game" that was not obvious to me from the outset: plan your stocking up around the cooler seasons. You can't do anything about poor transport and warehousing pre-order, but maybe you can prevent the products being broiled en route to you.

It's hot as balls year-round in India

So it's the months broiling in a warehouse vs those months + 3 additional weeks in transit

Tl;dr: I don't think ambient heat destroys a lot of the stuff we use

Put in a 3rd order for the sale and without even asking he told me although I already knew that my packs from the past orders were moving well and he was keeping an eye on them. Even sent me an emailer a few days earlier that some tracking #'s had been updated with the updates.

A+ service as usual. BTW, on a side note, if you want T3, get his Abbot 20mcg T3. Great price and while supposedly a tiny 5mcg less than the normal 25, it seems ever bit possibly even stronger than the tiromel I normally use.

Had a pack land today, several more in route.

One last seen @ ISC NY on 7/3, but already reshipped. So nice not having to wait for the CBP love letter... Amazing service, excellent prices, and always delivers.
