Is there a “minimum effective dose” for Tren to claw back some insulin sensitivity that may slip from rhgh use? Would small/microdosing do the trick?

Back in my tren use days. I was doing tren E 100-150mg a week just as a little something else to add. Stupid? Maybe. Never had any lipid or cholesterol hits on that dose.
Could barely even notice the Tren.

But even at that level my glucose on my monitor never really touched above 130 after eating
In the mornings I was 85-90 fasted

GLP might be a better option tho

How much GH you taking? What's your fasting glucose or was this just theoretical?

Also wrt tren and insulin sensitivity: maybe if you're a rat with experimental testosterone deficiency but you're neither

In other words if your fasting glucose is already high, I don't tren will move the needle much

Right on, I think I may avoid the tren. Already running Reta and been wearing a CGM for two days now. I shall update indeed, but fasting glucose under 95 both mornings and average of 99 so far, with lots of peaks and valleys would that indicate I’m in a decent place? Thinking of 8iu MWF sometime soon too, see how that tips things compared to daily

Peaks should correlate with meals and are normal for a mixed diet

Valleys shouldn't go too low, or at least not far below fasting level
