I feel like Labcorp runs slow for anything outside of the common panels and the last few orders that I’ve done that have gone over the estimated time.

Labcorp truly is something else - they botched my Testosterone reading, couldn’t even complete the ultra sensitive estradiol test (Fitomics actually gave me a refund for it), but they somehow got my IGF-1 done in just 3 days. That said, Quest isn’t much better - I’ve already received the rest of my new labs, but it’s been 11 days and I’m still waiting on ultra sensitive estradiol from them.

Labcorp has a sensitive estrogen test, not an " ultra sensitive " , not really sure if theres a difference, but just something i noticed when i got my last estrogen test through Labcorp,,

Aren’t they basically the same thing, just labeled differently? As far as I know, both the “sensitive” and “ultra sensitive” estradiol tests use LC/MS/MS methodology, which is the gold standard. Could be a naming difference between labs, but I might be wrong - open to being corrected if someone has more insight.

i think you are correct, on my quest e2 ultra sensitive it says ls/ms and on the Labcorp it says ls/ms/ms , so basically the same, not sure what the extra ms is on labcorp, but im satisfied with both ,,

Tandem MS (LS/MS/MS) is generally for menopausal women

But also I guess for men who want more sensitive E2 measurements

Both should work unless your E2 is super low, in which case tandem MS is more accurate

well , my latest igf1 came back at 398! Very pleased with this result, @5 ius in the morning, Being in a calorie defecit Absolutely has alot to do with these numbers, this time i was eating at or slightly above maintenance calories, e2 was good at 33 , Very pleased ,, i've been "chasing this igf1 number" lol,,

I know you thought you were gonna be a poor responder. Good news, you're not!

Almost exactly on par with the Meso average for 5 IU/d (~415; range 157-652)

Solid result! In my opinion, anything in the 300–400 range is optimal for health and the added benefits we’re usually after. Once you’re pushing past 400, that’s more in the pro bodybuilder territory or for those aiming in that direction. I personally dropped my GH dose down to 2.5iu - 4iu was giving me some uncomfortable sides, so this feels like a better balance.

i recently had bloodwork through a trt clinic and they use Labcorp, Results were the next day! for testosterone and estrogen also a comprehensive blood panel, Even when i pay out of pocket i have to wait at least a week and sometimes longer for testosterone results from Labcorp,,

They offer mast or primo?

Here's another data point.
Late 30's.

Pre TRT:
8/4/22 - 189

TRT only:
11/24/23 - 295
11/30/24 - 264
6/24/25 - 294

There were cycles in between those dates but the only other compounds were primo, mast, or anavar. All blood work was taken 8-12 weeks after returning to my normal TRT dose of 180mg a week.
Never used gh but was planning on it. I have 2 kits of 24iu sitting in my fridge that I was itching to start but I guess I should hold off after my last results were high too.

Is there an IGF level that is too high? I have been surprised how high my IGF came back on pretty modest levels of hgh.

I was at 201pre test and hgh. Most recent lab was 620 on 4iu/day. I feel like it was not a fluke reading as prior test was 604 on 3.6iu/day about 5 weeks ago.

Depends on age and duration you remain at that level.

43 years old. Was only planning another six weeks or so through PCT.

Also, that’s all the hgh I have left from last order. I figured it was a good time to be completely off everything and let the body renormalize.
