Anybody else notice a spike in blood pressure from hgh use?

I haven't kept good records, unfortunately, so this is worse than a single anecdote, but I seem to notice a substantial increase in blood pressure from hgh use in the past.

Now: I stopped for a while (a couple months). Blood pressure in he 120s over 70s, 3 iu hgh and blood pressure was 140s over 90s today

I started at 2 iu and then went to 3.

Use BP meds to keep it in check or don't use HGH. Not much you can do

Yes, you’re not alone - it’s a known issue for some users.

It’s not just elevated blood pressure; many people (myself included) also experience an increase in resting heart rate from HGH use.

As Sampei mentioned before, your options are pretty straightforward:
1. Use Telmisartan (for BP) + Ivabradine (for heart rate).
2. Or simply stop using HGH if the side effects outweigh the benefits.

Always worth monitoring your vitals closely and adjusting as needed - especially if you’re stacking with other compounds.

That is on two BP meds. LOL

I may have been stressed out over work or something yesterday. Today, after two cups of coffee, BP was only 128/83, so, not sure what was going on yesterday. I checked it 3 times.

I thought maybe the only thing different was a higher dose of hgh. Must have been something else going on. I could feel my pulse, which almost always means 140s over 90s.

Still at 3 iu. I just stuck it out and stayed at 3 iu.

Checked blood pressure after only one cup of coffee (what do you mean some people drink only one cup???)

118/72

and I have not been watching my diet as closely (not eating like an obese retard, but not being super careful, not tracking, I even ate some Oreo cookies yesterday . . .) so my weight has snuck back to almost 220 pounds

Anyway, I just thought I would update this thread.
