I'm just wondering what lab shows "hCG levels?"
I had my blood work taken and requested HCG be checked

Beta HCG. It’s the test women do to see if they’re pregnant. Afaik it’s better to pin a hefty dose and test 12-24 hours later, if I remember correctly.

Two hours later?
Two hours before HCG test
600 IU dose, and yes, I did it 2 hours before the testing. but i inject every 3 days levels came out same no change

I mean, I am dosing 3 times weekly; there should have been some elevated HCG levels, and there was none. This HCG has been third-party tested, so I'm not sure why levels did not even spike on blood work.

How long did you run hCG before the test? It's half-life is ~36 hours. I'd run it for ~10 days at a certain dose to reach steady state before doing a blood test.
Also, did you do the qualitative or quantitative beta hCG test?
There it is right there. I ran it for 2 weeks, and the levels came back the same as when without HCG.

All this time, I never heard about that test. Pretty cool. I've always just gone based on it indirectly like testicular volume or bitchiness when my dose used to be too high.

Jeez man fck that hcg, it was useless in my experience both ugl and legit pharma, fix that below range dhea and you’ll probably feel better. Start taking 50-100mg before breakfast and re-test in 2 months. Just take measures for the e2 spike.
I had a similar problem trying to find hCG that worked for me.
I had Pregnyl prescribed and that worked great. When I tried to find a cheaper option on my own, several vendor's hCG that tested well via Jano didn't affect my blood work at all.
There's plenty of variables with hCG. Maybe it's urine derived vs recombinant, or the ratio of beta subunits that made the difference for me. I have no clue. I had to try a few different vendors alongside bloodwork to eventually find one that worked for me.
I'd recomend trying different vendors if hCG is important to you.

FYI I get my hCG from ReliableRx. Have for years. Used to get Corion, but I swear it's been out of stock over ten years so don't know why they just don't remove it from the list. I get Sifasi HP 10000IU but predraw syringes for each week and freeze the ones I'm not using. Every Monday morning, just pull one from the freezer, put in fridge, and it's ready to go in 20 minutes for the week. Without freezing, that much hCG would degrade sitting reconstituted in fridge, especially at my dose (250IU MWF). It works well... well enough if I do 500IU I have a pretty bad estrogen spike. At 250IU, my nuts aren't pendulous, but that dose does keep them from aching.
