I've been scarcely lurking for a while, but just saw your new log. You're filling-out nicely! Just comparing pics from the beginning (May 3) to now, your progress is rapid. Especially from the May 13 pics to now... you blew up!

Appreciate it man. I have been hammering delts pretty hard, my goals are lifestyle anyways. I used to push shit up real high but I’m at a point in life I kind of just want to feel good and look solid. Everything’s been great lately.
 
Didn’t record my leg day went heavy, 5 plates on leg press, RDL’s, squat quad focus and some machines. Legs are still my worst part not a ton of definition and hold way more fat than my upper. Barbie shirt was def the most fire fit in the buildingIMG_3877.webp

Yes well this is the only reason I mention.. I believe I have gotten to this point myself over the last year as well it's good to see someone else thriving now after hard times and not having to hammer himself so much..

what excercises and volume are you hitting the rear delts? Im trying to bring up my rear delts, and notice i get a better mind muscle connection with slightly lower weight, but my way of thinking is i "need to use heavier weight" to stimulate them, but have been using the 12-15 rep range with moderate weight?
 
Bent over rear delt flys, wide grip bb rows (light weight) and I burn them out on RD PecDec. Linked video is my staple, both forms as of right now. I considered most pulling/back movements accessory work.

The Pec furthest from the camera, don't tense.. Just roll that shoulder round, twist slightly more to open up that full chest and we will see full width..

I can absolutely do that and thanks for the advice bro. My biceps are a weak point from the back I’m just under 6’3 with almost 0 peak. 83 inch wingspan makes the arms very difficult to fully fill out.

Went on an adventure, did tons of bodyweight shit and functional stuff. Heart health focused for a little bit. Diet got weird tons of colored fruit and vegetables with tenderloin and sushi. I eat tiny bell peppers raw as a snack now all the time it’s wild. Spending time with the love of my life. Just touched down last night and hit the gym for the first time in maybe 10 days and made sure to carb the fuck up.

226 lbs here’s last nights chest/tricep/shoulder pump.

Only on 500 test and 5-8IU gh depending on if I take it pre bed or split doses am/pm. Feel awesome. Dropped the eq my libido just got nuked. I’ve been open about sobriety issues but the pics should speak for themselves. I just haven’t really been super drawn to the forums lately! Between fighting for the kids, my girl, work, supp company I have no time brotha.
