Wonder if that’s also what happened to me. 2:1 ratio, but possibly crashed my estrogen. Had some crazy panic attacks and stuff for a couple days.

And now I’m still dealing with who knows what kind of issue(s). Might just suck it up and go back to a small cycle.

Still trying to understand how to properly side chest. My am weight was 224 which is a 6lb drop out of the blue. My average has been 228-231

Clearly have plenty of fat to lose but I feel good, strength is still there. Calories are around 2800 now with more energy expenditure during the day.

I've been scarcely lurking for a while, but just saw your new log. You're filling-out nicely! Just comparing pics from the beginning (May 3) to now, your progress is rapid. Especially from the May 13 pics to now... you blew up!

I saw a pic in there at Planet Fitness... got disgusted... reminded me of your feet :p
