So it looks like you are going to have quite a bit of testosterone in your system still on show day? Do you stop it at some point?

What about the growth hormone (same question)?
Test stops today. Mast and tren remain in. We’re heavy on AIs to nix any test issues.

All injectables including GH drop at 7 days.
 
I have zero side effects and the fat just kinda keeps falling off. I’ve had to barely do cardio.

Granted don’t consider my results typical, but, it seems to be a serious factor. Whether it’s worth any potential risk being so new/unknown is for yall to decide for yourselves.

Be sure you’re taking a Urelithin A supplement with Mitopure as the primary ingredient alongside SLU.
I’ve never heard of someone recommending Urolithin A with SLU - is this more of just an add-on or something you’d say is necessary?
 
Necessary (or some other form of mitochondrial recycling) if you want to maintain proper function.
Okay, I’ve taken SLU just on its own. Incredible product I love it, have you tried BAM15 yet? SLU & BAM15 Supposably is a ‘safer’ DNP. Have BAM15 on hand just haven’t tried it yet.

With how limited the info is on BAM, and how relatively safe DNP is if you know what you’re doing, I’m sticking with DNP for now when needed.

Appreciate you Mac, makes sense. Last question for the log are you still doing GH first thing in morning and pre-workout? I seem to like/respond better to morning GH dose rather than night like others.

Mid to high 60s currently sitting in the airport after a meal.

Target for cardio (plot twist, I didn’t do much at all this prep) is always 120-130.

No t4. That t3 dose is barely above replacement just to make sure we didn’t down regulate too hard at the end of prep.
 
On the last leg of my travel for this show. Arrive around 5, get to Airbnb, food shop and train, and settle in for the week.

Woke up at 204.4 after flushing a TON of water from a lymphatic flushing session done with my LMT.

6-8lbs of room to 212 is huge and will make weigh ins and carbing up a cakewalk. Realistically I think we’re 2-3lbs more conditioned with 4-5lbs or more of tissue. (Photos from yesterdays posing session.)
