Seems have injured my self a little during Kettlebell or Landmine "e#plosive" movements... with a lower Chest muscle strain.

II already have repaired my Tennis Elbow ( sometimes it comes back, but not as strong as before) and my Plantar fasciitis ( injected directly next to it).

Will mix:

10mg TB500, 5mg BPC157 adding + around 25mg GHKcu

Injection will be directly next to the pain zone into a small fat area.

Any advices or experience with muscle strains?

Today day 2 of these injury.

it seems your on the right path as far as doses of bpc157/tb500, , personally i would change the doses around 10 mg of bpc157, also im sure you already know , but you will likely need to reduce all explosive movement, and just go into a "cruise control" as to not aggravate the muscle anymore, Ice and rest is best imo/ime, , good luck on your healing,,

Thank you, yes 100% rest and ice. Hope getting back on track soon.

Progress so far:

Mixxed

5mg TB500 (2 vials, each with 1ml BAC)
5mg BPC157 with 0.5ml BAC
50mg GHKcu with 1.5ml BAC ( took 0.5ml for mixing):

Total :
10mg TB500
5mg BPC157
17mg GHKcu

First Injection next to the pain area
1ml

Adding low dose CJC + IP before bed.

How long are you planning to run this for?
And how did you decide to mix GHKcu in?
I'm considering bpc157 and tb500 for knee and back pain

Great website, thanks for sharing. GHKcu seems to have a long list of potential side effects. Not sure I'll include it in my protocol.
Keep us posted how you go

Second day after the first Injections:

Seems the muscle strain is luckily kind if light, the pain during deep breathing is reduced by a lot.

Using Ice packs to cool the pain area 3 times per day.

Exercise today just outdoor cycling to keep the blood running.

CJC + IPA light dose before bed.
Magnesium and Zink as well.

Any differences in sleep?
With CJC + IPA always have a great sleep.

The pain on the chest is much better, now feels just dull.
Also the range of motion is more painless.

Yesterday have made some deep pushups ( on Kettlebells) and general Kettlebell workouts seems fine, no after pain or during the exercise.

Today evening after back workout will make the second 1ml Inject.

HGH around 3 IU morning protocol still going on as well.

I used a similar blend for knee pain and split the dose morning/night. Bpc157 has a short half life i recall. I took 0.5mg of each tb4 and bpc157, split into 0.25/0.25 near the injury 2x a day.

I take this once a day now, but added ghkcu later on.

Yes the half life is around 4 hours.

How is your progress with the protocol and pain general?

This was around 6 months ago and theres no pain now. It was a minor overuse injury and also from bad form (knees collapsing inwards on some lifts). I since corrected that issue as well so it hasn't come back.

I cycle it on and off now because it seems to help with recovery and makes my skin nicer.

That sounds great, real nice to see that peptides helping us for a better life.

Seems the strain is 100% over.

So far have healed:

-Tennis / Golfers Elbow ( much better, sometimes comes back for a short time)
-Plantar fasciitis ( injected direct in the foot sole)
-Chest muscle strain ( i would say an easy one)

have the feeling the recovery also is doing better.
