It's 100% the 20mg Reta. The highest clinical dose in most studies was 12mg, ramping up from 1mg, then 2mg at a time. Why are you running it so high ?! I'm currently on only 5mg tirz after titrating up and it's making me sleepy af

Hey, try dropping the Reta to 10 mg and add cagri.

I have not done it, but I’ve spoken to a number of people that say the cagri greatly amplified the effect of whichever glp they add it to.

That’s a lot more reasonable. But at that level fatigue is very possible. I hated Reta at 10 mg.
