Extremely low Blood Glucose on Tren. Eat more?

TDEE is 2800

TDEE is not 2800. However you're measuring it is inaccurate. TDEE changes all the time especially when you're doing weird diet experiments.

Should I up my calories further?

No

I was in a 1k surplus just recently added the extra 600 to try and combat the low BG

Just go into cruise control and chill for a few weeks. I know that's difficult because you seem to like micromanaging.

Not necessarily and that's where it gets particularly harmful. The more times you go hypo, the less symptoms you get. But you still experience neuroglycopenia (brain starved of glucose).

Called hypoglycemia unawareness.

Originally it was only seen in people with type 1 diabetes. Now more common but generally only associated with insulin use.
Whenever I went severely hypo it was bad.
Multiple times. My hands locked up, vision got bad, couldn’t even remember how to measure my glucose or what I was doing. Felt like I was going to pass out. My girl was like wtf a wrong with you.

Zero explanation for any of my issues. All labs are fine. All tests are normal.
Shit sucks
3 months no gym now

Lowest I've ever seen was 29. This was in the ICU. Massive panic and several large syringes of glucose straight into a pic line.

If you were actually at 30 it would be basically a miracle if you were both mobile and mentally sound.

Get a new monitor and test strips at a minimum and back off the gear till you get your blood glucose squared away.

Ordering a new one right now. Thanks for the info man I appreciate it

No problem but just go get one from Walmart or a pharmacy now don't wait! Get your sugar squared away before it kills you!
Good idea. I’ll make a stop on my way to the gym. This morning fasted was 55. Been pretty stable fasted readings in the mid 50s, still low if it’s accurate. I hope this thing isn’t working right though, there’s no way in hell I was feeling normal at 30 BG post workout meal yesterday

Grab a Precision Xtra glucometer. It measures both glucose & ketones.

You have to buy ketone strips separately but I'd definitely monitor ketones in this situation.

Might also keep some KetoneAid on hand for any time when you register glucose below 50.

Bunk carbs lol. Yeah idk what’s going on I need to see a doctor. Oddly enough I’m feeling no symptoms of hypoglycemia at any point in time. Only happened once on a low carb day

Most of my carbs are through whole wheat bread each slice is 18g carbs 100cal. I have a lot of digestive issues I can’t handle rice or pasta
I would drop the tren. If youve never used tren next time you try it use ace and start at 100mg a week and work your way up. It can cause this to happen I notice it when i got over 500mg tren I start getting hypo. Something to do with it increasing igf1 but idk exaclty why it does it.
