Move the skin, so grab the place you want to inject and move the skin, push the oil in and let the skin move back. Its called the Z-Track technique. Fixes this issue 100%

Almost a full ml can go sub Q with the right oil. Castor oil causes no pain. Yes you lump but you can spread it out with some heat. It's just another route to inject if you know the tricks. I use radio frequency to heat up the oil on my fat and it spreads flat. When I want to take a break from muscles I use sub Q.

Thanks, I'll have to look it up. If you mean moving the skin with one hand while the other pushes the needle in it's not possible with every spot like the rear delt I'm particularly interested, unless you mean before injecting. I'll Google that z track thing, thanks.
Yeah, I've yet to try tren but I've already bought some ace for later in the cut and honestly i was thinking to pin it daily subq. I have a great success with subq with various compounds up until 0,6ml. I'm currently doing IM because oil volume is too much.
Regarding the Z-Track. I do it before injecting, moving the skin and once done i pull the needle out and then let the skin go, it covers the internal injection and is like a lock, preventing any leakage. Works like a charm IM and SubQ for me

Seems that today i messed it big time, i had to pin my VG for the second time (virgin muscle) and i probably went too far up towards the iliac crest, needle went in smooth but as i started pushing the oil i noticed something was wrong.
I shoot half the syringe and decided to reposition, went a bit lower and shoot the remainder.
Half hour later and i feel it's gonna fakk me up, now 12 hours later and i can't stand, walk or sit. Weird thing is that the pain is located to the side of my hip, where the bone end is which is way lower than the pin site. Is it a nerve? Not hot or swollen or smt, just freaking pain. Fakk ventroglutes.

Ventro glutes is always a hit or miss for me too. Sometimes it goes perfect sometimes it feels like it puts you into a wheelchair, i know that feeling
I always sit down and pick the middle on the outside and go in,I don't feel anything but a little sore and tight the next day.. I'm scared to go straight in from the top, that time it crippled me I went straight in about 5 inches back from the knee.. this leg thing is new to me,I found a link to pictures on here somewhere showing all the places you could hit...It looked like anywhere but on the inside of the thigh?

It just probably leaked around. Never had issue with VG personally for me is the smoothest place to pin even better than glutes. Unlucky for you. Just have to ride it out
I never feel anything in my glutes ... I'm not to wild about the quad,I'm still learning and every time it's tight and tender the next day,sucks I have to squat down a lot at work and it sucks the day after I hit my quad.. I only had one time it was painless the next day...I don't understand what was different
Quad are tricky indeed, go on the side, I usually feel nothing or I have less risk of hitting a nerve when I pin on the side of the quad

I use quad only for peptides and water based substance nowadays. Works like a charm. Gluthatione NAD+ all my IM peptides all in the quad. Oils are too tricky
I just started trying that glutathione out, I swear my hair is alot softer, and the skin on my face is looking younger, maybe it's all in my head, I've been doing it IV, first couple times I had gas so bad and I shit my guts out for a couple days, I used a recipe on here to make it, It's been a couple weeks and I swear I feel different... alot better during the day

i agree with Bama , leave the needle in for some seconds, i pull my needle out kinda fast too, i barely get blood Anywhere after i inject after pulling out,,

Just ice it a few times a day. No heat. Keep trying to move around and not let it tighten up. It’ll clear up in 2-3 days.
I wake up each injection day, probe my body parts, and decide which one I am going to possibly anger that day.
