How much does mild dehyration impact blood tests?

Im on 180mg test e, 8iu hgh and 50mcg t4 (also taking aromasin for e2 control), i have mildly swollen hands and feet and a puffier face so I wanted to test a bunch of things.
The day before the blood test I woke up in the morning and took my levothyroxine with 200ml water, then went for a 2h walk. Later at like 10pm I noticed I didnt drank any water so I drank 500ml. At 3 am I drank 250ml. Went to sleep at 4 am. Woke up 5 hours later at 9am, and had 200ml of water at 9:30am. Did the blood test at 10:30 am. So around 1liter of water the day before. And the last 3days of the blood test my daily average of water intake was also probably 1-1.5L/day. Can this impact blood results by a lot? Like could electrolytes, cbc, albumin, ferritin etc come out falsely elevated due to the blood being more concentrated? Or wouldnt it be off by a huge margin? One of the reasons I tested ferritin and albumin was to ensure I absorb food normally so it would be pretty bad if my dumb forgetfulness of drinking water makes them falsely elevated.

The parameters I tested:
Testosteron, E2, IGF1, FT3, FT4, TSH, GGT, ALT, AST, ALP, Bilirubin total, Bilirubin direct, HDL, LDL, CRP, Vitamin D, Calcium, Phosphate, Natrium + Kalium + Chlorid, Zinc, Magnesium, creatinine, Albumin, protein total, cbc, iron, ferritin

Are the levels actually higher then normal? I guess you will find out when the results come in. I would expect concentrations to be some what higher but there is no way to know how much difference it will make. Next time wait till you are properly hydrates before doing testing.

last tests I did were like 2 years ago, and I dont recall if I was well hydrated or not, probably similar to now as I dont drink water a lot

I hope the rules wont be skewed

I wasnt really feeling thirsty, so maybe it was enough for my body, I rarely feel the need to drink water
It might affect creatinine, egfr, hgb, hct, bun, sodium...but if you didnt feel thirsty, I dont think you were terribly dehydrated. They might be a little elevated. Wait and see what the tests look like.

Update to my post, blood results came.

21m, 180mg test e, 6.25mg aromasin ed and 12.5mg on injection days, 8iu hgh and 50mcg t4, 10000iu daily vit d3 (I had vitamin d deficiency)
Type 1 diabetic so also insulin

Note that I was mildly dehyrdated (around 1L daily average the last 3 days of the blood test, I didnt feel thirsty, but my hands were very dry and there were bleeding cracks, but might be coincidence as my hands are never really soft)

I did the blood test 36 hours post injection (I do twice weekly 90mg test e)

Alp is high, maybe its because im younger as I heard it can be elevated with young people?

vit d is also very high, i had a severe vit d deficiency and felt better when taking it, but I think Im gonna stop it completely now or continue at a much lower dose like 1k daily. Ive been taking 10k daily since like 8 months.

Im gonna either drop the hgh or reduce it to like 4iu as my face looks like a balloon.

My ft4 was fluctuating between 0,8 and 1,0. My doc was saying I dont really need it for now, but I guess if 50mcg daily t4 puts me at 1,3 it means I should still take it.

36 hours post injection means peakish test and e2 levels, my natty test was 700 and e2 26. 1300 peak would mean ~800 through?
Also one thing I wanted to test with aromasin was if I can absorb fat soluble medication properly as I have suspected pancreas insufficiency. 6,25mg ed and 12,5mg on injection days has my e2 at 36. Do you think thats seems correct for the dose I take? 36 is the perfect e2 value for me, but I think the dose I take (56,25mg/week of aromasin) is quite high. It could be I dont absorb aromasin fully as its fat soluble.

Main symptoms I have are high resting heart pulse (not always but most of the time), mildly swollen hands and feet, puffy face
Also the right side of my belly has a sweeling/lump, which isnt hard and doesnt hurt but I havent noticed it before. Also chronic upper-mid (including shoulder) back pain with „pop“ sounds at almost every movement I do, even when taking a deeper breath, didnt have or noticed it prior to taking test e and hgh. Probably coincidence but can hgh cause this, pop sounds coming from different locations of my whole back all the time?

I used hgh for like 5 months so Im unsure if thats what causes my symptoms or something different.

Total protein and albumin is on the higher side so I guess protein absorption is normal? I eat about 2g protein per kg.

Other values like acth are high. Some blood values within complete blood count are high or on the higher side. Could be of dehyration but my ast and alt etc is normal so I guess me drinking 1 liter daily didnt impact the blood test that much?

Also my ferritin being 49 would you advise me taking iron supplements? Considering that mgiht dehyration might have impacted it and caused slightly higher levels.

Right now I plan on either dropping or reducing the dose of hgh and dropping aromasin and pin 2:1 test e to primo

that lump could "possibly " be a hernia,, but everything is looking decent,, especially since you were on the lower side of hydration,,
