Well, I have to complain about SSA as well. I placed an order on February 23. The order was for:

- Retatrutide 30mg*10vials
- Semaglutide 30mg*10vials
- CJC-1295 without DAC 5mg + IPA 5mg

Instead of all three, I got one plastic box of 10 vials, with blue caps, labeled CP10. I had no idea what it is.

Well, I wrote Ray on telegram, and they responded quickly. They originally told me, when I ordered, that the order would take 15 days roughly to get to me. It is now 16 days. The original tracking number was only for the one box of vials. After asking, Ray now sent me a new tracking number, which is for the missing items. But it says the shipper has not even received it yet, despite the "label" being issues on February 25.

I am hopeful this arrives soon, and while the communication has been quick, they have not communicated everything, and execution has been pretty disastrous. Pretty dissatisfied. Hopefully they find a way to make it right.

Yeah. I think that is right. And Ray confirmed that. But the other items remain missing, I only was told about it being shipped in two packages today after the incomplete delivery, and the new tracking number shows that the forwarder has still not even received the item.

Credit where credit is due - Ray has been VERY prompt in responding to all questions, and he offered up a solution for the miscommunication and delay when I asked. That at least inspires confidence and, we will see on delivery, make sup for the issues up until now.

Modern Aminos, Amino Asylum, etc. are offering SINGLE vials of things like Reta for twice as much as a damn kit from overseas. Amino Asylum wants $400 for one 15mg vial of Reta. Pure insanity if you ask me.

I suppose they have their place and can be convenient for some but it's tough to justify those prices even at 20% off the first five orders.

I have my issues with SSA and they continue to slip but I'll put up with the headaches if it means I can get the same exact product at a fraction of the price.

Too be clear, I only use AA for Siper Shredder. For the last two years or so all my peptides and AAS have been from the People’s Republic. I have only purchased AAS and HGH from China
 
Good news. Today, the freight company informed us that a small number of parcels that were inspected in Europe some time ago have been released by customs. It is expected that updates will be available in 2-3 days. Please wait patiently. At present, some parcels have been shipped again. If the parcels have not been shipped, please wait patiently for 2 days. Thank you for your understanding. If there is still no update after 2 days, we will continue to resend.
 
Ordered my first package, then placed three more staggered orders to avoid one massive shipment—spent thousands and planned to keep spending indefinitely if they handled business right.

First package arrived missing five kits. They admitted they “missed it” but delayed reshipping, claiming it might be in a second package. After five days of chasing, they finally said it was sent simultaneously with the first. Asked for a tracking number—kept getting “tomorrow” for days.

Still haven’t received my missing items or the next three orders. Supposedly, a package is coming tomorrow, but it’s from an earlier order, so who knows what’s inside. Ignored messages, terrible service—they just lost a long-term customer and thousands of dollars. Absolutely no compensation was offered at all either
