HYB (Best Service and Product - International Shipping)

Received shipping about a week ago on oils but no movement so far. Hope it’ll either randomly show up or start moving soon. Communication has been good overall, so hoping for the best with the shipping issues everyone seems to be having right now with most international vendors.
 
small order received today from HYB ordered on 02/10. Tracking sent 02/20 and in my mail box today 03/05 as far as quality goes guess we’re going to find out! Oil and Orals.

Double check your tracking, they given me tracking number from a random person in the past.

They sent me a label for tracking with the name and address of some other customer 3 weeks ago.
My trackings have the correct name and address on the labels they sent, just no movement on the tracking when I check parcels app. So no idea if it hasn’t been shipped or it’s still in customs etc

Good on you for doing right by the community and taking accountability. I don't think anyone would crucify a source for making mistakes, as long as they have the integrity to admit fault, apologize, and make things right.

I have no stake in this ordeal, but I think it would be an exceptional display of character and ethical business practice if you were to offer something in addition to a refund to the customers affected by this. Even just a small credit or free item on their next order as a gesture of good faith would be a tremendous boost to your reputation. Just a thought...

I can attest that HYB kept their promise and refunded me for 2 kits. It sucks that this happened, but I will definitely use HYB again given the fact that they try and do the right thing!
As a side note, I’ve actually seen many amino GBs in the last 2 months have issues with dyes, underdosing, etc.., so whoever the manufacturer is was fcking everyone over.
 
Great to see this sorted as everything I have gotten from HYB has been good. I am genuinely surprised there was any carnitine or b vitamins in the vials at all. If the company producing it had the ingredients and they are cheap it was pretty bad they only put a bit in. But good on HYB they proved me wrong as I didn’t think refunds would happen.
 
My oils and orals pack should arrive today. And with them taking care of the issue I have more trust in the. Now and as long as my pack is complete in the items I have another order ready to go!
 
Got my order in that I placed on Feb 10th. Some Aromasin, Superdrol, MENT, and Boldenone Cypionate. Took 24 days to the US. This is my 2nd order with HYB and they have been great.
 
I did provide unqualified products, and we are deeply sorry for this serious mistake.
We will speed up the number and frequency of our product testing so that more customers can use our products with confidence.
Did the DNP issue get sorted/re-tested? The batches that tested 2mg? I'm looking to order some but don't have the confidence at the moment.

Order some 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene and react with sodium hydroxide. It gives you dnp. Look up how organic and water layer sepration work. Pretty easy and cheap
