01/15/2026 – made a purchase.
01/24/2026 – Yura sent me the tracking code; however, I haven’t been able to track it since then. When I try it on 17Track, it says the number is incorrect or that the carrier hasn’t provided the information.
01/26/2026 – I asked Yura about it, and she replied that they usually contact the logistics company to check on the order. However, up to now, I haven’t received any further response after asking if they could verify it. I also asked if it would be possible to place another order in addition to this one, but I still haven’t received any reply.
Has anyone else had this issue where the tracking doesn’t work? Yura has disappeared, and I haven’t gotten any response from her since then.
