I struggled with weight loss and being consistent with anything in life until I got on tirz and test. Literally transformed my entire life in half a year. I lift 3 days on 1 off repeat consistently, I do more cardio now, and I count my calories and generally do much better with high protein low fat diets, but still room for improvement. I tried so many times before and it never stuck more than a couple weeks and then when I get on tirz and test it magically changed. My progression around nutrition with tirz was initially leaning into appetite suppression but being lethargic from deficit so began counting calories and being intentional with macros and lethargy disappeared and my relationship with food started changing. I’m not entirely sure what your point was, but just pointing out that for many well intentioned people they just needed a little push or a little bit extra. This seems in line with genetic variations in other areas doesn’t it? Some people probably struggle with things like food noise or focus more than others for reasons mostly out of their control.
The sema basically gave me back life I lost due to medications I have to be on. I was actually underweight most of my life. Four months in and I'm looking forward to cardio again.

The key to understanding GLPs is this:

GLP-1 is the naturally produced "master hormone" that determines the body's "set weight".

Above that set weight appetite diminishes.

Below that set weight appetite increases.

There are numerous potent psychological and physical mechanisms to encourage or discourage energy intake.

The body wants more energy intake:

Digestion speeds up. Mouth salivates. Sense of smell enhanced. Mind floods with thoughts of food.

The body wants less energy intake:

Digestion slows. Foods seems unappetizing. Acid reflux. Throat closed, The thought of eating can be enough to induce physical illness,

This system can be dysfunctional just like a hypogonadal man has insufficient testosterone, a diabetic insufficient (and/or insensitivity to) insulin, a person with hypothyroidism produces too little T4 or T3.

Supplementing with external hormones brings things back to proper working order. We don't tell those people to "willpower" their way to higher Test, or count every gram of food and eat 16 times a day to "manually" manage blood glucose.

GLP-1 production. can be insufficient, for whatever reason, or insufficient sensitivity exists, and coupled with unlimited access to food, bam, too much energy intake and excess weight.

It's should be obvious that when the levels of that HORMONE are increased by exogenous supplementation, and people restore normal weight, biology is playing a major part in this.

We see BBs struggling to eat enough all the time. they take an appetite stimulator and suddenly the impossible becomes possible. No one says "willpower through it" when they're on the verge of vomiting.

To believe otherwise means the skinny, illiterate loser pumping gas is the epitome of "willpower" and not just predisposed to being thin.

Yes, personal choices come into play. Funny thing about that though. Once the incessant food noise is gone, and people don't have to spend every waking moment resisting a body screaming "I'm starving!", they very often DO make much better choices. We see that in the data of the foods being consumed, and ever increasing interest in other areas of health.

Look at all the guys who've wandered in here for TRT after finally seeing progress to a healthier body with a GLP drug.

Enough with the "GLPs are for weak people" idiocy. We know better now, get over it already.

If there isn’t a ranking system I have no incentive to behave now. Colored name was the only thing holding me back. I’m gonna unleash the beast.

No more ranks!

What happened to my well known member status?! Now I'm just a notch over new member?!? I don't like this. Going back to bodybuilding.com forums. Smh.

Am i not gonna get my 10 year member badge in 6 months!? 9.5 years of trolling right down the drain.

Since I’m too lazy to read the announcement is the argument that the colors give an air of authority to people who have them that isn’t necessarily warranted?

The furious opposition, from a tiny number of members is explained in this post:

Millard was forced to insert pacifiers to stop the screaming and get some sleep.

Amazing how people will do anything to lose weight except eating healthy and doing exercises. Anything to lose weight and keep stuffing their faces with fast food.
all i eat/drink is fair life core power 42g protein milk, gatorade while lifting, vitamins and supplements, and anavar.

weight loss is going great

The random peptides was just turning people into lab rats for no benefit. I see people using peptides with almost no research and no safety profile behind them when well researched alternatives already exist. People are treating these peptides that never made it to market as some big pharma conspiracy but we already saw that big pharma has no problem selling peptides. Some of the discords I was in people were on these 10-15 peptide cocktails espousing the benefits like they knew.

Sometimes it's like talking to the essential oil ladies

There has to be a name for this phenomenon, I just don't know it:

People spend a lot of money on new peptides and tell everyone about it, usually seem more likely to say they're getting great results. No one likes to admit publicly or to themselves that they've been suckered.

I took Tesa for a good while. My visceral fat, per DEXA, went from 1.7 pounds to 1.3 pounds. Very whelmed with the results.

Yeah I failed to stock up on anything unfortunately. Well, except NPP of all things. I shoulda got a cryofreezer and a slew of peptides when things were flowing smoothly but I didn’t. I’m ok buying HGH and Tirzepatide elsewhere but QSC was GOAT at random peptides for cheap.

And yeah, there kits of most oils were pretty awesome too. Not the best quality gears but good enough. Especially considering price.

Not the best Quality? You forgot the last batch of oils they tested?

Since i was customer of QSC (Spring 2024) I had around 20 Kits of Oils and about 25 kits of GH, and a handful of other Peptid kits.

One Oil vial was broken and they sent me a replacement in the next order.
One vial of those 200 had visible floaters.

The price-quality ratio from them was the best.

I also went through loads of kits from QSC and never once saw a floater.

I flip through here every once in awhile out of curiosity if Tracy will re-emerge. To my amazement this weird circle jerk still carries on with ferocity. Do you guys have any kind of life besides posting online? There's a whole world out there and it's way better than this forum!

It is a confirmation bias. It can happen when people spend money on anything. They don’t want to admit to a bad decision and have a need to protect their ego.

I imagine the less visceral fat you have the less it will remove.

I lost 2lb over a couple of months on tesa. I also had a lot. And also was losing significant weight. And taking reta and test.

So who knows how much was the tesa.
