TSA isn't looking for drugs among domestic travelers. That's not to say they won't invite a cop with a drug dog over to have a sniff of they see a brick of white powder, in order to get the probable cause to dig a little deeper. Nor will they ask you for a prescription if they see tablets in your bag.
This is probobly overkill, but if you want be at ease, take a small empty bottle of aspirin or vitamins (that don't have a pic of the tablet on the bottle), put the pills in there, No one's going to open that, and certainly aren't going to do a chemical analysis on it.
International travel is a different matter, as everything's subject to potential close inspection without a warrant, though in reality, the method above would be fine. I've been searched dozens of times and no one in or out of the US ever opened a bottle of otc meds, and if they did, all they'd see is a few white tablets, Not exactly the stuff of drug trafficking. I would make an exception for travel to Japan or Russia, countries that take a particularly hard line on Moda for some reason.
