Sigma Audley Inc. - Your source for peptides, ancillaries, AAS, and more!

I’m using Tirz 30mg orange tops. Both vials are from the same kit. The first vial had a vacuum and reconstituted normally, but when I added bac water to the second vial today, I noticed there was no vacuum.

Is this normal, or could it indicate a serious issue?

It's not normal. While the degree of degradation caused by the loss of vacuum can't be determined (oxidation degrades peptides) without having it tested, sterility has definitely been compromised.

Thank you, sir. I appreciate the insight. Glad I caught this before injecting. I’ll check another vial from the same kit to see if it has the same issue. If that one is fine, I’ll just toss this one to be safe. No point in risking it.

You should get a replacement or at least credit towards another order imo. It's not acceptable.

If you choose to use it, at least sterile filter after reconstitution.

I'm lost here. What do you mean there is "no vacuum"? How can you tell? I have never thought about this before.

It just means that when you insert the needle to reconstitute, there’s no negative pressure pulling the bac water in. Normally, when you add bac water to a vial, you’ll feel the vacuum “suck” the liquid in without needing to apply pressure to the plunger.

I know Anat answered you but it's worth reiterating. Peptide vials should *pull* the BAC from your syringe when you reconstitute.

Oxygen degrades peptides. UGLs use vacuum (not ideal but ok). Pharma (and commercial lab peptide suppliers) use inert gas like argon.

Ahhhh got it. Phew. Yeah so far every time I have reconstituted a peptide the plunger was pushed on its own. Thanks.

Anat,
Could you convey the manufactured date on your Tirz 30 kit?

Also, if you're somehow not provided replacements—as @Ghoul has indicated, you could potentially save the compromised vial(s) by re-filtering them. For now, store them away from light and, if possible, vacuum seal them if you have one. That should keep the oxygen degradation down, if it doesn't eliminate it completely.

Sure, the manufactured date on my Tirz 30 kit is December 12, 2024, with an expiration date of December 11, 2027.

Appreciate the advice on the compromised vial. All my vials are stored in the fridge, so at least they’ve been kept cold. I don’t have a vacuum sealer, but I’ll keep the compromised vial stored away from light for now. Not sure if I’ll bother re-filtering, but good to know it’s an option.

Good to know i think I have a few if those kits I bought right before CNY from these guys.. I have had a vile out of a kit of hcg that didn't have a vacuum.. isolated to the one vial as I've been through the whole kit.. personally I used it anyway.. but like dude said it's been compromised to some extent...

I see in the price list they have blends containing L-carnitine, but they said they don't sell L-carnitine by itself. anyone know why?

Hello. I ordered $600ish worth of peptides from SSA.

I sent payment with wise to your USA bank two weeks ago. Before sending I confirmed it was okay to use wise.com. Was provided with your USA bank details.

Wise.com tells me it was received on the 11th (13 days ago from the time of this posts).

Your representative isn't that helpful on this matter.
"apply from a refund from the bank".

I sent payment from wise as you instructed.
I confirmed bank details were correct before sending.

I waited 13 days and was simply told "did not receive" and "apply for a refund from the bank".

I followed your instructions exactly as told and confirmed every step of the way.

(no, I cannot get a refund from wise.com. It was sent locally to your bank and accepted.)

Too late to edit my post, but to elaborate further, the representative tells me they did not receive my wise transfer.

Wise claims it was received by their USA bank. For wise to trace it further, they want a bank statement from the bank account holder I sent to, which obviously I'm never going to get.

I listen to all these guys podcasts and interviews because I like listening to people talk about bodybuilding and gear.

It's entertainment, not education.

This is directed at anyone else reading this (not you Tax & Hunan): if any of these "gurus" say something interesting, you absolutely need to fact check it. If that's outside your lane, no problem. Ask here.

They cherry pick stuff too, so it might be partially right, but taken out of context.

I respect this take.

I am not a veteran; I have been soaking up the information from this place quite a bit while also trying to determine which voices to hear out on YouTube. Its so much information though and

I have been 100% disciplined over the past 2+ years as far as living the lifestyle that seems required to compete in a way that I would be proud of; don't want to bring 85% effort and discipline, its just not near as satisfying as bringing all the effort and focus I can. I do cardio 7 days a week, lifting 5 days a week, haven't cheated on my diet once in the last 25 months.

That being said, I would like to think I have learned a lot while reading this forum for the last year, but since there is so little scientific literature on various compounds, namely in human models, it seems like a challenge for me to know who to listen to.

On one hand, I see a lot of people from many corners saying don't listen to that guy over there, listen to this guy or listen to me. I genuinely ask this from the most neutral of places; how do you know who to listen to? You guys are telling me not to listen to guys like Kurt and Paul, who is an IFBB Pro now, (and I assume Steve if I were to imagine).

I have been trying to follow some kind of philosophy of prioritizing the harm reduction side of things, wanting to very slowly step into the AAS game, filter all my products with .22u filters, pulling blood work every 6-8 weeks and really be as measured as I can.

So you guys are telling me to listen to this place; which I have been, its just always been about trying to synthesize all the information and weight accordingly all the data, which is no small task for someone new to this space.

However, there is some division here as well. I have really appreciated @Ghoul for the broad knowledge base he brings & @readalot for his harm reduction approach, but I know there are loads of you guys that are driven bat-shit crazy by those guys. @Sampei (and others) for the homebrew side of things, @MyNameIsJeff on tracking HGH deals/offers, and several other men I respect for what they do here to contribute.

I hope my intentions get across through this text. I think for the most part that I am open & willing to learn; I do know I sure as hell don't have all the answers.

I didn't hold Kurt, Steve, or any YT personalities as gospel or the authority on bodybuilding/AAS though I respected their approaches. Walking away from this thread, I will be more cautious on those guys and be more active here in asking questions.

Thanks for not chopping my head off, yet.

This is so real.

I also enjoy all their content, but that's all it is, content. It's content churn. They can't stop making content or they'll be broke, so they always have some new things to say.

Now it's the mitochondrial enhancement stuff. And boy did I fall for that hook line and sinker haha.

Some synthesis of these three posts pretty much sums up my take on the social media PED universe. I envision it like a pie chart divided up into approximately 50% entertainment, 30% practical wisdom, and 20% informative content. I enjoy Paul Barnett's "Anabolic Bodybuilding" channel, he seems to be a cool and humble guy; and despite my earlier criticisms, I actually enjoy his content with Kurt Havens. I like the "Think BIG Bodybuilding Media" content, specifically the "Drugs N Stuff" series with Dave Crosland and the "Muscle Minds" series with Scott Stevenson. Vigorous Steve is... alright. He comes across kind of arrogant and obnoxious in his solo content (especially his Q&As), but he seems much more chill and tolerable when he has guests on, or is a guest on someone else's platform. The "Canadian Beef Podcast" isn't bad; the main host is pretty laid-back and seems genuine. If you notice a common theme in my comments on these media channels, I'm putting a large emphasis on my perception of the personality/character of the individuals, which is my primary draw. I'm not pulling out a pen and paper and taking notes while I consume their content, lol. 95% of the time I spend engaging with these channels is as background media while I'm lifting, or while going on walks outside on my days off.

I'll reiterate for the record that the critiques I wrote in my earlier posts were specifically regarding paid products that are centered around educational content put out by some of the aforementioned individuals, in which case a heightened level of scrutiny and higher quality standard of information is warranted, in my opinion - it was not a critique of their content as a whole, which I believe can be very valuable, if viewed through an appropriate lens with a critical eye.

Hopefully gets figured out but get with the times and use crypto. I swear every day there’s someone on this site having problems with these transfers.

I use bank to bank, I can't get crypto wallet to ever verify and allow transfers. Crypto is also unsafe in this situation because there literally just telling him it has not been received when he can see it has been . Hopefully the ref for this site will look himself and then apologize for the mistake of his agent and send asap.

Possibly I’m not very good on bank transfers because I’ve never used them personally. Crypto wouldn’t be transfer. You just purchase the crypto and send it to their wallet all on one app. I personally use Coinbase with no issues. I know lot of people use all kinds of different apps and wallets but it’s pretty painless in my opinion.

I’ve heard people on here say bank transfers can take 10-14 days in some cases. I know transfers have been talked about on meso a bunch. Maybe it takes longer to verify. Which I know you’ve waited that long.
