I used to associate the number of pills I was using regularly as a proxy for health. The fewer the better. Look up things like vial/100mg/vials/testosterone/etc. You’ll see tons and tons. There were 12 seizures alone that called out Methenolone by name, and that for the most part isn’t even currently shipping to the states.

I made precisely the same shift in mindset.
Perhaps head over to the PCT vendors and stock up on longevity and "alternate performance enhancing" compounds from the "Above Ground Labs", lol.
Modafinil/Armodafinil to reengage network building neuroplasticity, the aforementioned rapamycin, daily low dose cialis for it's demonstrable cardio and neuroprotective effects (fewer heart attacks, strokes, and lower rates of alzheimer's among long term users), and, while I don't wear a tinfoil hat, I was stunned by what a rock solid positive health move it is to take a course of Ivermectin annually (seriously, there's essentially zero downside and a drop in all cause mortality, it's genuinely a "miracle" drug, an opinion uncontested in medicine before covid made it political).
I recently decided to optimize Thyroid function based on some clinical guidance, ending up on a minimal dose (50mcg) of levothyroxine (T4). The quality of life improvement has been dramatic. I can't believe how much energy has been unlocked by that one 2¢ pill. I've had to dial back caffeine and Modafinil significantly, and my sleep quality improved more than Tesamorelin and boosted growth hormone managed to provide.
This is the Reader's Digest version, each one of these pills only came into play after significant research into reliable studies and clinical data, so hit me up if any are of interest and I'll be happy to share the best of the papers for each so you can determine if they're appropriate for you.

Yikes, you weren’t kidding about same shift in mindset, ha. This morning was the first dose of levothyroxine and yesterday was the first time using modafinil again in a non-military-abuse setting. Been on the 2.5mg tadalafil train for about a year now.
The ivermectin one is interesting, I actually have some on hand and will do some reading on it. One of the firms I work with gives 10K in an expiring healthcare account every year so I always end up burning dollars every year on ridiculous shit, have some doomsday medical supply packs and they all come with ivermectin.

I travel extensively, am an adventurous eater, and have a place in Bangkok, so Ivermectin makes sense from that perspective alone. However, that only calls for a single dose, 200ug/kg, per year, or about 20mg to mitigate the risk of internal parasites.
However, it's been established that many benign but unaesthetic skin conditions, even rosacea, are the result of Demodex parasites. Specialized human skin parasites that live in and around hair follicles all over the body, feeding on cells inside pores, and triggering. inflammation. They even play a part in speeding up male pattern baldness.
20% of 20 year olds have them. 100% of 90 year olds have them.
One or two doses was known to help eliminate the reddened skin of rosacea, but it would always quickly return.
TLDR per a recent NIH report, some guy took one dose a week for 8 weeks by accident, and it ended up providing a permanent cure.
It turns out that 8 doses manages to kill all the demodex, but also all the eggs, returning him to a completely demodex free condition (which were causing his rosacea) a rarity in adults,
As a result, a whole host of skin issues cleared up.
Bear in mind this is a drug essentially non-toxic to humans. The primary reason everyone isn't on it is that like antibiotics, there's a concern overuse could lead to parasites developing that are immune to it.
While it's not effective for Covid, there's a theory that by using it and inadvertently clearing undetected parasites, the immune system was unburdened and some patients were able to better fight off the virus and quickly recover, giving the impression it was effective against the virus.

@Ghoul thanks again for doing the legwork on the otc meds research. Personally gained a lot from it. Another weird use of an "animal med" is fenbendazole against cancer. I always have some on hand in case things go sideways with all of the crazy experimenting I do

I would be interested in what you have on Rapamycin and Levothyroxine if you don’t mind sending it. Also curious if you have had any noticeable benefits from the rapamycin. Appreciate all the sharing of knowledge you do here

do you think something like cialis would be appropriate for someone on long dose tren? Not a cycle, but perhaps something longer like a cruise almost. I am particularly using some random compounds to almost experiment as i feel youthful and kinda just seeing what i respond to. What meds are you using or would recommend in just pure relation to anabolics that are a little more damaging to the body. I’m currently using telmi, eze, Nebivolol.

Hennig was awesome and didn't seem that 'roided up. It seems the "ancillaries" are also what get a lot of these guys (cocaine,.opioids/heroin, polypharmacy...).
It blows my mind how many are dead (you shouldn't feel old based on this...ALL of these guys died way too young..as in,. I can't believe how many are dead from the 90s and even 2000s.)
Saddest for me was Owen Hart (nothing to do with roids)...Glad Bret is still alive but his stroke sucked..he was my favorite back in the day.
Who would have thought Lex fucking Luger would still be kickin it. (Not to make light of his health issues but hes not doing much kicking I guess). There's another guy I won't even name for fear of jinxing it and finding out he dies tomorrow that i can't believe is still living his best life (even if he is not a beacon of sainthood)
