Qingdao Sigma Chemical Co., Ltd (International, US, EU, Canada and Australia domestic

What in the world has gotten into everyone?

It's like the Christmas spirit crawled up your sphincters. Tracy apologizing, posting massive tests results, and then readalot genuinely thanking him.

It's like an episode of the twilight zone.
Wait for mid January and everyone will tell everyone to eat shit again.

Talkalot just nutted in his SpongeBob pj pants

Amazing results, considering you brew everything in a dirty bathtub. Isn't that right, @readalot aka Need-a-cock?

Actually, I believe it is Tracy say "FU, my oils are fine!" rather than a permanent testing change. Maybe I am wrong, but it appears a waste of time.

Genuine, sincere challenge for you two to pick up your harm reduction efforts in 2025. You can do better.

Take care and aim higher. Show me some work. Not just talk.

That's an option too obviously, i'd like to hear back from some guys that already buying before i ask the vendor. If this thread didn't have 3400 pages i'd probably do that first ;)
Always got my packages whatever they were gh or Sustanon.

Ordered from Nov Promo and received everything in 3 weeks.

Haven't tried yet the new vials.

Last order. You should be fine dude.

Guess im just a lucky duck:cool:
Mine said that too ..then a few days later it went to import customs inspections

what ships together out of the us domestic warehouse need to pick up some triz seeing if there is anything else I can throw in the bag.

Tracy any 36iu HGh going to be available domestic in the next couple weeks. Or do I need to order international before the new year holiday.
It’s so cheap I say order international and then order domestic when it’s available.
Although it may need to be a 5 pack.

@Qingdao Sigma Chemicals:
There has been discussion recently about the changes made to address visible particulates and the stoppers on QSC finished vials.

Can you provide details on these SOP changes to eliminate the floater issues? Visual inspection for each vial? RTF vials? Filter change SOP?

Improved stoppers: Material? Silicone?

Are all finished oils filtered to 0.2 um?

Thank you for sharing more details about the recent changes.

Oils has been always filtered with 0.22u

Particles were mainly from 2 origins: stoppers and filter fibers.
Once the stoppers changed, we already got rid of 99% of them.
The filter pump strong vaccum is the reason for the fibers and these ones are controller by visual inspection.

Each vial is inspected twice.

We also invested in a machine that scans vials, not sure how effective is it, can’t make a feedback on it yet.

Thank you for the responses. Stopper material? Before and after?

I didn’t check them personally yet. I am still using the past batchs.
The stoppers aren’t silicone, it’s not something familiar among our chinese stoppers suppliers. It’s just more rigide
Could you please confirm the material identity on batches moving forward?

[Because XIANGYI is the manufacturer of the serum stopper, we can customize the color of the stopper, such as red serum stopper, gray serum stopper, pink serum stopper, Serum Stoppers in Red Natural Rubber, Gray Butyl, and Silicone, and we can customize the size of the serum stopper, such serum stopper with Straight Sided Plugs, 11mm, 13mm, and 20mm, serum bottle stoppers with Blow back finish, 20mm and 30mm.]

Bacteria looks like it's the far easier problem to deal with, since Terminal Sterilization cures all failures to control living bacteria.

The main issues left I see to advising "just throw the vial in an oven at 160c for 2 hours" is verifying which compounds besides Test can withstand this temp, and which stoppers are compatible. Chlorobutyl stoppers is what USP advises compounders to use for injectables getting Terminally Sterilized because it's more heat resistant, but Bromobutyl stoppers seem to be more common in UGL because they're slightly cheaper.

Dealing with pyrogens/endotoxins is gonna be the harder nut to crack. They exist on any non-sterile surface. The longer the state of non-sterility, the more endotoxin bacteria leave behind.

They can't be effectively filtered out usually..

The way pharma deals with this is aseptic processing, keeping everything sterile so endotoxins are kept to a minimum in the finished product. Compounders are allowed to "brew" using non-sterile products, but there's a time limit from how long the ingredient becomes non-sterile that it can be used(hours). UGL raws are often non-sterile for years, so the endotoxin content (the "bioburden") must be huge. A mountain of bacteria waste.

As you pointed out deactivation takes really high product destroying temperature.

There might be another way though. There's work being done that demonstrates not all endotoxins are as dangerous as others. The worst of them might be deactivated at lower temps. If that's the case, something like 170c for 3 hours could Terminally Sterilize and deactivate the endotoxins we need to be most concerned with in one easy step.

And anyone who doesn't give a shit, thinks real men thrive on a little dirt in their gear, or believe it's all a FDA/big science hoax, can keep on doing what they do.

No one's trying to force you, unlike the tough guys who demand this discussion get shut down.
Bump.

Also....

Benzyl Benzoate turns silicone to goo and causes chemicals to leech into the solution making it unsuitable.

PTFE coated bromo or chloro butyl rubber is the ultimate non-reactive stopper, especially for long term storage.
