Post up your Natty IGF-1 Level

Your fasting insulin and igf were much lower in the prior test…what was going on there?
Carnivore and no GH. That 254 IGF-1 was on nothing but 125mg of Test. Honestly I wasn't even sure what I'd get out of GH with a natty number that was quite a bit higher than what seems to be the average in this thread. But since I was ordering TZ already, "might as well" throw some GH in the order just to see what happens, right?

trebolonetax - could the fact that he is riding a bike 10-20 miles after injecting hgh account for his low fasting insulin?

20 miles at his bodyweight is more than 1500 calories

my igf1 was 220 natty, didnt budge at all from mk677, started a test e cycle 750mg per week with the occasional oral pre workout and its 310 now. Insulin is at 5.4 µU/mL, 21 years old, which is surpring because ive been bulking and i am eating a lot of carbs and stupid food too. Also im close to hypothioidism, i know that hyperthiroid people have more igf1. Perhaps ill induce hyperthiroidism during my cut and see if it increase more.

Had the house to myself and way too many stimulants in my system so put everyone's response in this thread into an excel chart: GH dose vs IGF-1.

Many confounding variables not captured like other gear/AAS, baseline IGF-1, calorie deficit, etc., etc.

IGF-1 +100 ng/mL per IU hGH is a VERY rough approximation. Not exactly new information.

Not exactly new information.
Nice work indeed. You could try harmonizing the data as part of a PK / PD model but would then need additional info (body weight, elapsed time vs injection, etc).

Thank you for doing the analysis and sharing.

Would be fun to apply this tour de force effort (see link) and compare with your plot above...

Edit: after looking at the model and fit we could probably clean up the R2 quite a bit by casting the abscissa as daily dose per unit body mass.

See Figure 2.

And Figure 3

That should do it. You could throw this line (calculated from these data) along with confidence intervals on a new graph as a general guideline. If we had all the member bodyweights we could redo your graph above and make a gross comparison.

Thanks again for the cool plot @AlexDavis43.

No idea on natty levels but:
165 on TRT
195 on TRT + 2iu Opti Greys
??? on TRT + 3iu Opti Greys
Getting bloodwork next month so we’ll see what the 1iu bump does.

Either way my shoulder injuries don’t hurt anymore, skin looks great compared to before HGH, and people are surprised when they find out my age and tell me I look mid to late 30s, so even at low doses it’s doing something for me.
