Anyone having problems with having orders filled by QSC? I’ve been reaching out but can’t get a response. Anyone have any idea what’s happening over there?

Have ordered with them many times before but thanks for the infoThis has so been beaten to death but I’ll give you a real response: they don’t respond to anything not in the right format. Basically a complete order email with shipping and payment info will get a very prompt response any additional questions or something outside their instructions will get ignored. If the complete order is sent properly they will respond with a payment request and if that is paid and confirmation is posted they will respond in a few days to a week later with tracking.
Basically anything outside the format of Order-payment confirmation seems to get ignored because they are just slammed with questions all covered in their thread, that people who don’t read so we’ll keep asking. If you keep asking about order updates or other things they won’t do your just get left on read with all the other masses

Just be patient you will get your shit if you just wait a bit.

Thank you for this info. I have ordered through them multiple times in the past and am very familiar with the process. In the past it has never taken this long to get a response but if they were on holiday that explains it. Thanks for the inputOk you are right. I just got out of the gym and im a little hyped. Here is useful infoQSC is amazing Tracy get a bunch of emails so it takes time. I never see him on the thread on weekends so I assume he takes weekends off. Which would cause a back log of emails. Don’t hold me to it he might work weekends so i can be wrong. Also there was a Chinese holiday that ended the 8th which paused QSC is one of the biggest players on this site. Possibly the biggest. So there will be tons of emails he needs to go through. It takes time, especially when there are emails like where is my order or order identification. Try to have all info in one email to expedite process here is what i do and what i recommend. Order, shipping address and for of payment. You will then get an email to pay with whatever you chose as payment method. Once paid sit back and wait a couple days. You will then receive a pre paid tracking number. Don’t bother checking the progress because it wont move it is a pre paid label. If you ordered internationally it will take a week possibly two, just plan your cycle accordingly and if you need it sooner order domestic from him or another source. Also you will receive your order with vials that are un marked DO NOT mix them send another email asking to identify the vials and wait for a response. Also no one knows what they are based on cap color that’s another question that pops up alot wait for him to identify them. There you go, step by step instructions spoon fed and alot of time writing these “useful” steps.
