A lot of people don't realize more oil is pumped out of US soil than any other country, including Saudi Arabia. It's been that way since 2018 because of the deep ocean drilling and fracking going on. It's expensive to do this so the oil drillers cut back until prices go up.

In 2020 Russia had a GDP of $1.48 trillion and the US $20.94 trillion. Even in the peak days of the Soviet Union their economy was much smaller. They'd inflate their numbers publicly but we now know it was about a third of ours in their best days. The problem is they spent a much higher fraction of it on their military, still do. And their values are in conflict with ours.

And that's the history that should be teaching you something - if given the chance they will pump as much as they can into their military and start threatening NATO and their neighbors, as long as they have a dictator who is backwards thinking and antagonistic towards the West anyway. So we can't have them being a military rival.

Azov has been killing the pro-Russian separatists for YEARS. No one was stopping them, so what was Putin supposed to do? He sent in a special operation to fix the issue.

Russian ukranian people don't have live under a hostile ukranian regime, and the ukranian regime has no more Russian people in it's country.

The map below shows the parts of Ukraine that were annexed just this week. The other map shows the concentration of those areas to be predominantly Russian people. Showing @hometeam for the liar he is that 95% of ukranian people hate Russia. That's just a flat out lie.

Important to note however that the red circled area in the top map is the Odessa oblast region and also has a significant Russian population and was the site of some serious Ukranian atrocities committed against ethnic Russian people.

Russia could have very well claimed this region as well but chose not to.

This leaves Ukrain with a sizeable functional port and a relatively intact country from the perspective of ethnic ukranian territories.

Let's just hope this ends the fighting and the Washington DC Cartel stops fueling death and suffering.






Practically speaking, this dies give Ukraine an out.
The US state department put an anti Russian regime in power in the coup of 2014 and now the ethnic Russian people in Ukrain hsve seperated under whst looks a possibly fair compromise.

Ukraine keeps the port of Odessa even though it's largely ethnic Russian, Russia gets the heavily ethnic Russian east and Crimean peninsula.

Of course the Cartels in Washington DC will have to give Ukrain the nod to accept.

All Washington has to do is stop funding the war it will cease right here.

All of these people who think Ukraine is somehow going to "win" this are delusional.
And anybody that thinks they're getting out of it without losing territory is stupid.

Ukraine fucked itself back in 2014 when it allowed a US state department coup to install a hostile regime in Kiev that immediately started a civil war in the Donbass.

They were doomed to lose territory then.

And when they refused the compromise of the Minsk agreements and chose to escalate the civil war they started, by driving out the ethnic Russian people, this became inevitable.

As Americans, we should really be asking ourselves why the same corrupt Eastern European ogliarchy that bribed Joe Biden back then, is the same one Joe Biden and the DNC are telling us now is worth WW3 and mutually assured destruction. When actually American people don't have a single goddamn legitimate national security concern in Ukraine.
