Something I thought of regarding sterilization, is to use an "InstantPot" or an alike appliance, at max setting, which will heat the contents of a vial up to 118C, which should be plenty for sterilization.

I will be using my pressure cooker for sterilization (121C), no solvents/preservatives. Just raw powder and grapeseed oil, as both me and my girlfriend cannot tolerate them well.

Make sure if you're giving her synthetic estrogen that you're also giving progesterone as well, as you know the importance of that and how dangerous it can be not to

From China, surprisingly only took 10 days to come to East Coast, USA. My girl's mood tends much more positive, and most of all it keeps her mood a lot more stable than without. I've also noticed her skin is softer/younger looking, and her breasts went from AA cups to C, she's been on it just for a year now. No cons other than I had to resort to homebrewing to stop her from getting PIP, as every brewer I've tried used too many solvents for use subQ.

Oh and TurkishPharmacySteroids domestic sells 100mg/mL 10mL E2 for $70 domestic. All their products I've tried have been low PIP, not tried it though.

Thats good to know. Wonder if they have it as a base instead of the ethenate Ester. My wife doesn't wanna inject anything. I guess because we had a rough time about 20 years ago with needles and drug use.
