First time bulking

Wondering if someone can answer a few questions to help me out
Im 6,5 230lb have done a few cycles in the past 4 years just to maintain my weight and I want bulk this coming winter it I’m afraid of getting back to my old body( belly fat) so my questions are:
1 Do I have to be on gear to bulk or just when is cutting time?
2 Can I bulk eating clean low carb or do I have to eat a shit load of carb?
3 how much cardio should I do while bulking

Being of gear when bulking works better then not being on gear

You can bulk eating as you wish as long as its in a caloric surplus

Cardio is healthy so doing some during the week is great.

Now the maximize muscle growth and hypertrophy….

Gear yes

Carbs are ideal and you can eat or carb cyling all of them around your workout to stay lean but still bulk. Why dont you want carbs?

Doing some light cardio is always helpful.

I think the author needs to ask a more specific question. And that is too general. And more information about yourself.
