A few points for the OP:
1. It might take a lot longer than 2 weeks to see an increase in testicular size, no matter how much HCG you take. TRT can really suppress testicle size. You didn't mention your T dose/frequency, btw. The more you're taking, the more suppressive it is.
2. Any time you change your protocol - adding in HCG with T is a change in protocol - you need to get labs done (minimum: Total T and estradiol) after 4 or 5 weeks on the new protocol. Why? HCG can increase your estradiol and de-rail the effectiveness of TRT. Do this before making any changes to your dose/frequency of HCG.
3. Using HCG with T is, generally, not very easy to get to work properly. Your goal is to find the minimum dose of HCG you need to get some/all of your testicular size back. Given how suppressive TRT can be to testicular function, you might never find the right dose/frequency of HCG.
4. Consider going on HCG only and add in HMG once you have it dialed in for a good T level while minimizing the estradiol response. Yeah, I know, HMG is expensive.
