I recently decided to switch my Mission Wraps to Whole Wheat version, "Carb balance." The difference between them is 90 calories; the whole wheat version has 25g of fiber in them, which I need to add more fiber to my diet. Their argument is although the total carbs are 31g, 25 of fiber is negated.
The question is, is this net carb thing a scam, meaning, should we be counting the fiber the same as regular carbs, which would make this 110 calorie wrap, basically no different than the regular version?
