day 15 morning

elbows healed up close to 100%, shoulder day is a go today!

one interesting note, i seem to be waking up earlier than usual, i sleep around 12 am and wake up around 7 am and usually it would be 8-9 am and i remembered in the past when i took melatonin i would wake up a little groggy but now when i wake up its all good, im ready to go

keeping the bitches hold up in my inbox until i feel like replying, gotta put these bitches in their rightful place, for trying to fuck chicks on instagram, what's the approach, because my current approach is just a cold call slide in the dm with a simple sup message, i don't have tinder but will probably get that in the near future
 
day 15 night

shoulder workout was great! my right elbow is still giving me trouble but as the workout continued it warmed up and got loose (that's what he said), finally starting to see some midsection results lol the cardio is helping and maybe the tren too, did cardio postworkout 15 mins still calves pumping like crazy at the end

when i was posing, a young buck was in awe of me lol, i asked how old he was and he said 17, i told him to be consistent, to eat well and wait until his natural testosterone begins to peak around his early twenties and he'll be killing it too, i gave him a fist bump and said yes you can do it too, kind of made my day bros, its all great to give anyone inspiration but especially the youth! because i remember too when i first started hitting the gym lol this is me when i first hit the gym in 2011 and this me currently, took a break during 2012, came back in 2013, then huge break until 2019

day 16 afternoon

ive upped the primo acetate to 100 mg to help keep my estrogen in check and stop more gyno buildup, i thougt about upping the proviron, but thats more powerful than the primo as an ai, so ill see how i feel and look with the primo upped

one thing ive noticed when i inject the tren in my legs or shoulders i get a day delayed muscle tightness/soreness from the injection site, glute injections are less sore due to the relative extra fat there lol i wont even try to imagine what a full 1 ml injection would feel like jesus

day 17 night

LEG FUCKING DAY BOYS, WAS EPIC!!! hit some new weight on the leg press 15 plates on each side and hack squat 5 plates on each side, body is starting to tighten up!

i have a porn start name if i ever get into the porn scene lol Tony Tank lmfao!!!

on the pussy side of things, i noticed freckles was working today during my leg day and i decided then and there id ask her out post workout,

so i approached her, stood by the desk and waved at her, she came to me, i said sup freckles hows your day been? she went off about talking and then i just interrupted her and said whats your number, she replied are you serious? and i seriously nodded my head and confidently said yes,

idk if you ever seen a red headed freckled ginger blush before brothers but its quite funny to see lol, she said you're very smooth, some other compliment and ill keep you in my mind but im with someone else and i replied hey the party moves on and left

now i feel pretty alpha about the whole interaction, what do you guys think?

nothing new to report, nips are still puffy but no sensitivity/weird feelings like a gyno flare up so thats good, tomorrows back day!
 
day 19 night

back day was awesome! added two more sets of lat pull downs at the end of my workout felt good, elbows are tweaked but i can still workout normally, its just this annoying feeling there, hopefully the bpc-157 can fix that, i dont actually remember the last break i took from weightlifting

i feel like my body still has many levels to it and im curious as to what my maximum potential can be, i feel like i can beat these top pros easily, i just need the proper coaching, the classic physique is what i would be aiming at, i could be crazy but thats just how im wired, mentally i feel like i could be these guys but i know i gotta keep putting in the work!!!

gonna start a youtube channel soon going through my workouts!
 
day 20 night

i forgot to do cardio post-workout yesterday so cardio today, chest day tomorrow!

so far in comparison to other low doses of compounds ive tried like anavar 10 mg and lgd 4033 6 mg, tren rules the world in terms of the alpha mentality and tightness but strength wise lgd is better at the same dosage, var makes me robotic and not social and similar tightness to tren

the only negative side effect is puffy nips, which i usually get from running test high, and use hgh, but this puffy nips only started when i introduced tren, so im assuming i have a prolactin issue and therefore wont up the tren until i get bloods drawn at the end of the experiment, my p5p is at 200 mg but who the fuck knows if thats working or not lol
 
day 21 morning

ive cut some carbs out of my meals via brown rice, i think ive been over-eating this entire time lol, already seeing more definition

ive got some caber on the way, ive upped the proviron to 35 mg per day to combat this puffy nip situation, still no pain or tingling sensation in the nips which is a great sign, i do have ralo on hand but im not sure if that helps with puffy nips and also not sure how ralo reacts with tren

chest day was fucking sick bro, pushing new weight!!!

my calves finally adapted to the cardio and didnt cramp out on me

ive lost a few pounds, not sure if its fat, water or glycogen or maybe a mixture of all 3 but im loving the definition im seeing, unfortunately the hair has grown back fml and ill be damned if i spend more hour sessions trimming this fucking hairy body down

side note, idk, i feel like my libido has taken a hit, i did take extra proviron today, ill see how i feel tomorrow

going to an event at the beach tomorrow, who knows maybe some girl might get lucky and meet tank ; )
 
day 22 evening

nothing new to report, everything is back to original doses, 8 more days then ill get blood work to determine if i could up the tren because i want to

meet a few bitches at the beach that could be potential plates in my rotation, got a bunch of compliments from random people about my body and gave back to them some motivation because they could do it too!

@TrenTrenTren what are some books that helped your game post divorce, i feel like i could be better

arm day was sick!

yeah by the way my body is looking, id say my peak potential is a 6'1" version of frank zane, just need to drop the body fat, its funny i think my body looks better when i dont flex, does that sound weird to anyone else, assuming someone is still reading this log?

i think the sky is the limit for what i can achieve if and when i do decide to compete, ive been trying to find a coach to help expedite and fill in my knowledge gaps in the bodybuilding and competing world but no luck, anyone know any chicago coaches?

elbows are still not 100% but manageable as long as i stay away from the dbell overhead extensions

nips are still puffy and if i increase the proviron i start to feel off, cant wait until i get the blood work done and super fucking glad i started low with the tren and stuck with the dose!!!!
