All I can tell you is what I did. I was 20yrs old, we brewed our own tren from fina pellets back then but it was probably about 500mg tren ace per week along with 500mg sustanon and 50mg winstrol daily. I started out at 160-165 lbs super lean high metabolism, was eating pizza pre cycle every night couldn't put on weight to save my life. College athlete. Peak weight on cycle was 198 and settled down to 190lb after pct. It was all muscle - winny/tren, high metabolism. I'd go through a tub of weight gainer powder probably every other week.
Believe what you want but regardless of your world view on how possible it is to put on muscle in a short amount of time, it's relatively common for a young 160lb beanpole to put on a lot more mass than average in their first cycle, especially if taking something strong.
As for my last cycle with the tren micro dose.
Started out at 205, Peaked at 225 and chubby, Cut down to about 215

This is at 6'0" and 40 yrs old. Much more subtle than some of my previous cycles and took a lot of androgens to get there. Looking at the before and after I don't even notice much of a difference actually but it was just 10lbs of gains and I don't really want to be over 220lbs anyway.
