alright boys, god damn just finished arm day and holy shit! i usually have good endurance but during the first superset i was gassing out when im usually just getting into a groove, so i had to increase rest periods from 1 min to 1 min and 30 sec - 2 min depending on how heavy i went, overall i felt a lot stronger but didn't want to push heavier than im used to because i didnt want to fuck up my already fucked elbow joints, the pump was noticeably different as well, like more harder (thats what she said), oh and i finally experienced what ive heard about being a sex fiend, EVERY FEMALE i was i eyeballing like a fucking meal after a workout, and this dude wanted me to give him a ride home that i just met that day and i was sus that he was gay and wanted me to fuck him, im not gay bro, told him to use his legs to walk him like how he used them to get to the gym, i was also more talkitive between sets saying the following like fuck, god damn,stupid fucking weight, one more set motherfucker, this compound is so far so good, also noticed i was little bloated in the lower intestines area, not sure, maybe just gas lol looking forward to how i sleep tonight
