Just in case you need an outside, objective viewpoint, running 350 weekly for a cruise in your situation is batshit insane.

Drop it to 100.

Now.

Keep doing cardio, indeed, increase it.

Clean up your diet.
Agree,reckless....he wont lose any muscle even at 100mg in 8 weeks. Something that build for years and years does not go away over night

I appreciate your viewpoint, and do agree that I was playing with fire with this “cruise”. However, I am happy to say that my results for this echo came back very positive. Ejection fraction is at 62%!

I did implement some things that I thought could help improve my ejection fraction.

•LISS Cardio fasted every single day 20-30 minutes. Plus I would do the stairmaster for 30-40 minutes after every gym session. (Keeping my HR 150-170)
•Sauna 5 days a week.
•More Rest days. I started following a 3 on 1 off for weight training.
•Added 900mg injectable L Carnitine daily, upped my Ubiquinol to 400mg. Added Hawthorn Berry and D Ribose. Started drinking pure Beet Juice.

My Cardiologist believes that my ejection fraction was low because I had an episode of Afib, and the hospital did the echo almost immediately after I was in sinus rhythm. So I’m not sure the exact reason why everything is better, but I’m very happy that it is.

Edit: Also had a sleep study done. Still waiting on the results but hopefully will be starting a CPAP very soon. It’s believed that sleep apnea is what caused my Afib episode.

So are you lowering your cruise dose now?

Honestly I’m not 100% sure. My echo was great, and my blood work is fine so I’d be lying if I said I wanted to come down. I have to figure that out
You had a minor scare and it turned out to be nothing. But you are willing to "cruise" at severely supraphysiological doses?

Even healthy people without a history of afib wouldn't "cruise" at 350 a week.

As long as you know your risks and are ok with it then reducing your lifespan then that's fine.

I personally wouldnt do that but who am I to say what is worth it to you and what isnt.

I know I likely can’t do this for ever. But there are some people that “cruise” at even higher doses. Milo’s says he hasn’t been On less then 500mg in 20-30 years. Same goes for Dr. Jeffery Ruterbusch who was on Test + Deca at those dosages for 20 years plus. Also. If I remember correctly @MuscleFreak used to cruise at 500 test for months/years!

I’m still unsure on what my plans are, I may try to stay on a “high cruise” for a little longer and not do any kind of blast. Either way, I always get my bloods done every 3-4 months, and now will be consistently working with a cardiologist to hopefully catch anything they may come up in the future and address it before it becomes a problem.

Edit: I know some people are genetic outliers and can get away with higher cruises. That might not be me. But in the past few years I have never cruised on anything less then 250, even my TRT script is for 250, so I’m just trying things and seeing how they turn out.

That's fine. You know your risks. Some may not agree. I most certainly don't. But my I'm just some guy on the internet.

I hope you prove my concerns wrong through.

Why 100 a week? What do you think is goal TT?
I ask because 100 mg can put people at 500 or 900, for instance.

Yes ,i usually Always cruise on 500mg unless my bloodwork looks bad so i want to fix that fast as possible. But like u said i agree 100% u can cruise like Milos on 500mg for the rest of your life if your bloodwork and health is good. Testosterone is testosterone most natural hormone for our body and least toxic

but there is more to health concerns than can be simply reflected on blood work. obviously blood work(particularly chol ratio) is a good indicator to make sure you do not have atherosclerosis, calcium build up. etc. but echo to check your EF would be more ideal.

For me personally, I do get blood work every 3-4 months. I actually posted some recently. Also, my plan is to get yearly echos done after this scare. I don’t want anything creeping up on me lol

Ofc!! Since i got issues after covid and vaccine i check my heart every 3 months, but for most people who use aas i Would say every 6 months is good

Can we see a shirtless pic in good light so we can judge for ourselves (and perhaps provide outside input to you) on why you need to cruise at 350mg a week?

Even IFBB pros take breaks from time to time (see our resident IFBB pro's recent bloodwork posted here on his log as an example).

I think you'd be shocked at how much you would maintain on even 100mg if you stay on diet and training and how little it would matter once you have hopped back "on" for two or three weeks. Once you have tried it, you might find the risk of being constantly on just is not worth it compared to perhaps an imperceptible benefit. But you will never know unless you try it.

At least take some time to internalize and consider what I am saying before you reject it.

Believe me, I do truly respect and appreciate your input, and always enjoy reading your post.

However, I am 6’5 278lbs as of Sunday morning. I have a very large frame I’m trying to fill out. I’m not close to there, but I have a goal in mind that I’m working towards. I’m not saying that I need to cruise at 350, but On 350 I’m obviously still making progress and feel great. Most importantly I don’t even feel the urge to blast. I don’t use an AI, and my blood work and echo came back good.

I’m not saying what I doing is wise, or that I will cruise like this forever, but as I listed, there are many that do cruise even higher, for long term with no health issues. (More on the TrainedByJP app) I will continue to consistently get blood work, my heart checked, and take my health supplements + cardio.

Once again, I do appreciate your concern, and value your opinion so I hope you don’t feel it was wasted.

I was thinking even about dropping my cruise dose to 120-140 from 180.

Feels good to feel a littl normal lol

So, back to experiences with coaches.

I have none. I coached my wife. LOL! I coached myself. I haven't used a coach, but I always wondered if a coach would improve me significantly.

I wondered that too but I never agree with people 100% and I am argumentative

Very few people are objective enough to actually coach themselves properly. I’ve met one or two guys that can, but pretty much no one can actually do that.

For competition 100% Always take a coach but for off season most can do it themself, but having a coach is Always extra motivation and dedication to stick to the plan...just relax and enjoy your training, coach will take care od everything else. But never Pick a coach that has 200+ Clients,he wont even know who u are, like one mail per week and u pay 500$ per month
