well, basically chicken breast 5 times a day, boiled, "super tasty". wholegrain pasta, around 300g a day. some clean salad w a little of oil.
Why not eat food thay tastes good. Where did this menu plan come from... yiu can eat good healthy and tasty food. Unless you are prepping for a show you dont need to eat like that
 
If you're gaining noticeable fat at too fast of a pace then you're eating too much.

If you're losing tons of muscle in a deficit then I'd question you're training. You're either severely undertraining or over training

I also tell many people that food should be tasty, even the most correct food can be cooked very tasty and I tell us not to compete at Olympia and our diet is different.

The OP needs to just stop and get his nutrition and training dialled in and leave all the "supps" alone for now. Spent 100 euro on one GH pen, then says maybe I need 2.... GH needs to be run much longer than 6 weeks.

Anyways he will do what he will do. Maybe follow our advice, or maybe do what he wants and disregard the good advice he has been given
 
How’s your consistency been? Are you someone that has been doing it for several months on end or have you been hot and cold with it? Consistency prevails, just be honest with yourself before you go thinking you might be an exception to being able to get in shape like other ppl

Pretty much. Running GH for a few weeks is pointless. Its one of those fully commit to it or dont waste your time half assing it things. BUT he could always order more before he runs out. To be fair the first time i ran GH i only bought 1 kit to assess how i reacted to it, once i reached near the end of that kit i acquired a bunch more and ran it for like 9 months straight.

Regardless, i do agree this guy probably needs to better dial in his diet and training before he runs anything but you know everybody wants to run shit even in a half assed state. Steroids and GH are not a crutch for lackluster discipline, but everywhere i look i see people crutching on them regardless.

Oh well, i hope he finds it helps his goals if he does pull that trigger.

Right. You are right as always. you need to start with the basics and everything else is already in the presence of the regime. But as usual, a person will do as he wants.

I think, but I could be wrong. That it is easier for people to believe not in simple things, such as nutrition, training and recovery. And it’s easier for them into something so wonderful that it will bring them success. Although success is simple in work and discipline.

Bingo, gear makes everything more efficient once you have the basics dialed in. Its not a magic pill like some think
 
Probably people do not change, now, what centuries ago. They continue to believe in miracles, in magic and amulets. Therefore, no matter how developed society and technology, medicine, technology, sports events. People will look for an easier way as it seems to them.
