T3 dosage

Hi all,

Curious to know how you guys dose your T3? If you’re on 100mcg daily, do you take all 100mcg first thing in the morning? An hour before anything else? Or do you take 25mcg, four times daily?

Also, do you add clen with it? If so, how much clen do you use and how often do you take that as well?

Lastly, what else do you normally take with you T3? Which AAS?

Bruh, you really should have done research before jumping on T3.

Half life is 24 hours, you can do single or split doses. If your first t3 cycle, I would not add clen right now.

25-37.5mcg, any more is more catabolic and counterproductive imo.

1/2 AM, 1/2PM.

I would add clen deeper into a cut. I would add t3 to maintain my metabolism, or slightly elevated as the cut goes on.

Sounds like you need to do a lot more research on t3, 100mcg is silly.
 
I have done plenty of research. I have read different studies that have done it both ways. I wanted to get personal experiences on the subject. I like getting both sides of the spectrum upon adding a new chemical into my body.

Not sure where you’ve done your research. 25-37.5mcg is great if you’re just trying to maintain your regular levels of T3. If you’re going to do that, why suppress your regular T3 levels at all?
Now for a woman, that is a great dosage. No woman should go over 50mcg.

Men can go all the way up to 125mcg without problems. Over that, is when problems occur. Granted, anything over 50mcg, can cause both Fat loss and muscle loss. Currently, I’m ok with losing a bit of both. I bulk ridiculously fast.

Lastly, clen can keep the T3 from becoming catabolic. No matter the dosage.

So please.. I am looking for people who have actually used it. Not the ones who think they know everything.

I have used it... I like to start it at 50mcg. If I need to bump it up I go to 75mcg, and finally 100mcg is the highest I will run it. I have trouble sleeping at this dose... mind racing and sweating like a whore in church.

Take it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach.

If you take with Clen you will burn more calories then without. Have taurine on hand for muscle cramps.

And don’t get it twisted... anything higher than 50mcg will take off fat and muscle at the same time.

Have you ran AAS before? Test would be what I would start with... perhaps add anavar if you are more experienced. Finally kick it up to advanced with tren and HGH.

Did you have any specific questions? How are you running it? For how long? With what anabolic? How is your training and nutrition? Keep your protein high.
 
And I think you might want to rethink your statement that “Clen will keep t3 from becoming catabolic...no matter the dosage”. From my personal experience that isn’t the case. Especially with high doses of t3.

And yes. I’ve used a lot of aas over the last 14 years. I was dumb and started them at 17. Never used T3 before now though.

When I was 21 I had some bad side effects of clen usage. Was young and an idiot. It still makes me nervous to use it now though.

T3 I’ve been doing about two weeks now. I did decide not to run clen for right now. i am going to on my next run. It is going good though. No side effects besides sweating. Night sweats are annoying though. I think it’s because I have been eating late; since I have been absolutely starving; non stop

Clen I don’t personally love it but I use it 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Usually 100mcg a day.
do you start clen at 100? i ran clen and got nasty headaches, when lifting. they would hit, then go away. i made it happen early in the lift so i could get it over with. lol. if you get headaches, or throbbing, how do you prevent it? my heart was racing 24/7, which being on AAS, i didnt enjoy. i havent started around round of clen because of the heart racing. sitting was probably 90ppm i hit 100mcg at the end of the cycle. started at 20 and bumped it up as i went. thanks for any advice

I prefer albuterol or ephedrine caffeine. Sometimes I add yohimbine before fasted am cardio.
 
T3 peak is around the 4 hr mark, back to baseline in 10-12. When i took t3 i took 3 times a day. Im sure morning and night would be plenty fine. 100mcg at one time is a big dosage.

T3 reaches its stable levels in around 4 days if i remeber correctly, so its also wise to tier down when coming off, for me im hypo so if i come off to quickly i feel the effects. I suppose people who have a proper working thyroid may not notice issues but i certainly did.

Personally 50mcg should be plenty of t3 to get you around that top of reference range on your ft3.

I think max iv take was 150mcg and that was a hot ride. I belive that put me right around 7.2 on ft3 and top of reference range was 6.5 , that also pushed my cortisol through the roof, as t3 can effect cortisol as well, so on that note the time of day you dose your t3 could effect your cortisol levels at other times of the day. Just keep that in mind.

I actually get a regular 25mg T3 tablet and cut it into four quarters. I take a quarter every 2-4 hours. I'm sort of microdosing it. Just for a little metabolic boost.

I would absolutely love to take Albuterol over clen. Clen makes me anxious and gives me tbe shakes just by thinking about it. I have looked all around, I cant find Albuterol anywhere.

I need new sources for everything. Mine are very good
