I just found this out two days ago. I found him on youtube a while back and really benefited from his amazing training tips. Then when I saw him occasionally include his son in his videos I thought, 'Dang, that is one nurturing father who loves his son."
RIP, Mountain Dog.
It feels kinda odd for me to see his videos constantly popping up on my youtube feed knowing that he really is no longer of this Earth. I always glean some excellent tidbits of advice but at the same time feel mournful for his loss and for what his family is going through.
I just finished up this video. Apparently, back in September of 2020 he was diagnosed with a dead lower apex portion of his heart and the capacity of his ejection fraction was only working at around 35% which is very low. He was advised to get a defibrillator but was against the idea. If he had one inserted would he still be here to this day? Damn....
