Yo, has anyone tried Humalog 1 week ON 1 OFF (6iu pre wo) instead of like 4 ON 8 OFF (Like Meadows advised) or whatever else like 4 On 4/6 off… I mean, do you have info based on experience to kinda validate a 1 on 1 off ?

I got injured some months ago and I restarted dieting and training just with elastic bands, recomp planned but would hear some thoughts on it…
Insulin purpose: make Injectable L Carnitine works, reduce catabolism during wo, get better pump intra wo with citrulline and some cialis
kcals planned are the same of my previous recomp… have been just moved from other meals around pre wo and intra wo… since training would start 1 hour after pre wo meal.. Humalog has a peak after 1/1.3 hours…
familiar with lantus / humulin r and humalog…
wanna just use Humalog 6iu right now (Last time i used 8iu pre wo but i did 3 weeks and then fucked my arm)
tip from Meadows, to avoid glycemic crash during wo , add 1 tbspn of peanut butter to the intra shake… i did it and never went hypo again .. i add even some fibers to the pre wo meal
